Finding right studs of garage ceiling is the only thing to consider. Included string doesn't look solid to hold in first hand but it just does enough for my 25 pound mount bike.

I am currently redecorating a very '70s looking house. I kept all my tools in one room so I would have to keep running back and forth to the garage. With the organizer, I can keep all the tools in the bucket, and take them with me. It has really cut down on the clutter. My favorite feature is the cordless drill holder in the middle. There are numerous pockets of many sizes to keep all your tools stored neatly. The organizer appears to be very well made of sturdy fabric. I'm considering getting a couple more to store the kids' craft items. This would be great for many other storage needs beyond tools.

It kept things in their own compartments well. We used one for beads, and they stayed in place even when I shaked it up-side-down. We are going to buy 2 more.

There's less anxiety in my life since I installed the Rubbermaid Configurations Closet Kit. I had looked around at other solutions and really liked the elfa product at the Container Store but this was easier on my wallet and delivered exactly what I needed.

I bought 4 of these - I kept one and my daughter and son-in-law kept the other 3. It expands to the width of 2 "normal" shoe racks. My daughter stacked two in her closet - she gave me her old shoe rack which she no longer wanted.

I was getting ready to move and needed some storage lockers. They are really good quality and are big enough to hold all my junk. The wheels on it make it really easy to move around just like a piece of luggage. I would definitely recommend this product. It is a little overpriced in my opinion (hence the 4 stars instead of 5), but Amazon.com was the best place I could find to purchase a storage locker of this kind.

I find this to be a pretty good product. The installation wasn't too difficult, although it did take several hours. When the rack has near 200 lbs on it the difficulty in cranking it upward is fairly high. I have overcome this by leaving the plastic handle off of the bottom and attaching a heavy duty drill in its place. The drill make raising and lowering the platform a breeze. I do wish it came with longer cables. My garage ceiling is a bit tall so in the lift's current setup when it is fully lowered it is still 3.5 - 4 feet off of the ground. I will eventually replace the the provided cables with longer ones.

1/2 the cost of another model - but totally functional. I do wish the two flat "hooks" on each side looked like this "L". Instead they are more like an Arial "L"s (without the hook). That means you need to get them mounted directly above where they hook and be more careful about moving the bike as you hoist it. The anti-drop rope stops work well enough to be the sole clamp when hoisted. I tie off the rope to the provided cleats but without tension. I have a wheelbarrow hanging from one of them.
