I've been using the HLP21E for the last month and it's been working great. You just need to make sure that you don't overload the machine. I recommend it for anyone looking for an easy alternative lightweight machine.

I have owned this unit for 1 day now and couldn't wait to let everyone know how it works. It WORKS! The only reason I gave a 4 star rating is because my washer did arrive with "inside out" damage. Amazon made it right with me within 24 hours by refunding 20% of the purchase price. They would have been happy to replace the unit at no cost to me, or refund my entire purchase price upon returning the unit. Anyway, I did 15 loads of laundry yesterday after hooking this baby up. I felt free again. As someone who owned their own home for many years and had to choose an apartment without a washer & dryer hookup when I last moved it has been an absolute nightmare doing my laundry where other people's filth resides. I had no problems installing it at all despite of the fact that I am a woman:-) It is big enough for 2 people and I had even washed blankets in it. It is easy to wheel it all over the place as long as you don't have carpets in the bathroom or the kitchen:-) I thought that it will be noisy but is actually quiet and it is easy to connect to the sink. The only problem I had (which is more of a problem with my sink faucet than with the machine) is that sometimes it leaks from the faucet but once I replaced the rubber circle inside of the connector it was great.
