When I take this supplement, I can actually feel the boost in energy and see the difference in output at the gym. On top of that, I get a sense of well-being about 10 minutes after drinking it (which I think is due to some of the "mental focus" supplements in it). I've tried a bunch of NO supplements and can only attest to feeling a tingle that I'd normally associate with heavy amounts of niacin (which many companies chuck into energy supplements to make you think they're doing something).

This is the first time I'm taking CEE and been on it for about 10 days now. No noticeable gains in strength or weight gain. When I've taken mono before I did put like 10 pounds on in 2 weeks, but all of it was water weight, and one night of drinking and you can kiss goodbye your increased size. Its still to early for me to tell if cellmass is working and I'm going to give BSN a fair shot. Amazon solicted me for my opinion, so here it is. My goal is put on lbs. I'm 28, a buck 75 shredded looking to hit 190 cock diesel. In all honestly, my best gains so far have been from weight gainers, and my next dollars will probably be spent on that. I still have 30 days left of the product, so ask me again in a month and my opinion may change.

I like to eat these as a part of my pre-workout meal when its good to get some complex, slow digesting carbs. They taste great and have a really good nutritional profile with a nice amount of fiber. I generally try to get some extra protein with them since ~10 grams of protein with ~30 grams of carbs isn't the most balanced, but pre-workout I have some protein powder anyways. I did see a review that mentioned they were cheaper at Sams, and well yes that is true and Sams is generally where I get mine. However if you aren't a Sams member or don't have one near you the extra price on Amazon might be worth it considering the extra cost of gas and sales tax!

I bought this as my trainer started me out on a bulking routine, after a couple of months of full body workouts for conditioning. This definitely helped me during this (ongoing) mass-gaining routine. I feel more energetic, and of course, saw a quick 6-7 lb increase within the first loading week, although much of it is water retention, probably. So far i've used this for about 2 weeks when I play ball, it feels secure & gives good ankle support when you make cuts or change of direction. Make sure you wear a sock under it though because it does irritate the skin until you break it in. Overall, it works great!
