I ordered these for club volleyball because my coaches said they would work very well. I must admit at first I thought they would be too big and a bit wierd and felt bizarre, but after a while they became quite comfy. The only thing I am worried about is that the heel pad will peel off because that is what happened to my sister's ankle braces. Hopefully they will stay on for a while.

This was the biggest knee brace I could find anywhere online. I still had to add a couple of inches of velcro of my own to make them fit my thighs because I'm an ex-football player and weightlifter. I weigh 420#, so finding this brace was great. With the added velcro it fits well and gives me great support. I can now do things on my feet that I couldn't do just a few months ago (i.e. shopping, yardwork, housework,etc..). Will buy again when these wear out unless someone comes out with an even bigger size!

I got this support about a month ago. I'm only 17 weeks pregnant but have been having REALLY bad lower back pain/hip pain. This support is AWESOME! It lifts my tummy without being uncomfortable (doesn't make me nauseous when most things on my tummy do) and supports well so I can walk across the college campus, go bowling, etc. Hoping it continues to work well throughout my pregnancy but I can already tell there is plenty of room for expansion.

This product is very well constructed, but there is no way to adjust the overall length of the brace. If you are petite, you may get a good fit in the waist, but the posture trainer will not train because it is too loose! If you really still want this item, check the Underworks site directly (www.underworks.com) and see if shipping is less there (it was when I ordered). I am still looking for a product that will assist with my posture correction. I suspect that I will need a posture correction device ONLY, without the added back support benefit. Customer service for this garment is fine (not excellent as someone else mentioned) if you can get ahold of anyone at the Underworks Corporation. Their business hours are narrow.

I love this stuff. It makes for incredible rest. If you lift, you know you heal in your sleep. That may be the reason for the gains people attribute to this stuff. There's a recent study available on pubmed.com that shows no effect from ZMA supplementation vs. a control. However, there are numerous other studies showing a benefit (in testosterone levels) from zinc supplementation. Whether or not this is 'doing anything' in terms of adding size, I don't care. When I take it my RLS doesn't wake me up, and I LOVE the deep, restful sleep I get. There's no difference in brands, typically, so get the cheapest stuff you can that's licensed from SNAC.
