I have the Bandit product and got another one but wanted something that I can alternate and wear at work without looking like a lost squash player. This did not give me any relief and after adjusting it every which way it just did not cut the mustard. The only time it gave me relief was when it also kept blood flowing to my fingers. I would give it one star but I am going to use it as a fancy - and pricey - cuff guard instead so I don't get chain grease on my trousers.

I sprained my ankle playing basketball about 8 months ago. It healed pretty quickly and I started using an old ankle brace that I have. I bet many people take supplements the must be mixed with water or juice. These shaker bottles are great for that purpose. They have measurements marks on the side of the bottle so you can put in 4,6, or 8 ounces as needed. After filling it put the cap on, shake, drink, rinse, and dry. Just the right size for this.

These ice packs are superior to anything I've ever used before... in fact, when she goes to the hospital for followup procedures once or twice per year, we bring our own cold packs in case they don't have them.
