The technology works wonderfully. This headlamp in conjunction with the handheld flashlight work realy well for tracking deer after being shot. The only shortcoming that I have noticed is that it does not fit as well as other headlamps and that it cannot just shoot a regular light. Otherwise, I love mine.

Pros: It doesn't feel cheap and it's pretty small for such a powerfull flashlight. Cons: The battery life in the turbo mode only lasts for about two hours or less. These batteries are expensive and they ran out quickly so you do want to get rechargable batteries and a charger.

I bought this rechargeable flashlight/lantern to replace a Craftsman and find it to be a great product. There's not much difference between the two and it is working just fine for me.

Great product, gives you hands free use, great if you want to use hiking or camping, I use it to walk my dog at night in stead of trying to fight with a regular flashlight in one hand and a leash in the other. It has an easy adjustable head strap for any hand size and adjustable lamp for chaning viewing direction.

This flashlight is a great addition to my toolbox. At the campground I can set it down and it stands up and stays adjusted to where I set it. The same under the car, the RV, in a closet or in the basement or attic. I always keep two batteries charged so I have one for the tool (drill or sawzall) and one to light up the project. The only drawbacks are the size and awkward shape but those are minor. If you have V28 tools, add the work light!

This has to be the best LED Lantern I have seen. The 3D batteries last a long time and the Lantern outputs allot of light. Well worth the price.

These lenses are very hard to pop-in and out of my petzelLED headlamps, I almost thought I was going to break them at first. The colors are nowhere near as pure as having colored LEDs, but seem to do the trick never the less. Only problem I seem to have is misplacing the clear lens I took out when I put a colored one in.

I got this flashlight for my eight year and she has really had fun with the tools on it. The flashlight is not really strong, but work for her limited uses (going to the bathroom at night while at camp). It has help up pretty well too.

This is exactly what I expected from this product. A defused area wide type of light not a bright spot light. Is the Corona model as bright or illuminating as the $100 Princeton Tec Apex model? No; I have one of those too. Both of these models are excellent quality products which is what makes them very different from the $20 cheapos on the market. The eight LEDs will provide you a longer time period of light. The defused light does not cause glare off objects in your path that are highly reflective or shiny. Great for reading laminated sectional maps. The Corona will be enough for most people.

MagLites have been an industry staple for the last 20 years. In that time there have been few, if any changes. Moving into the 21st century it has become apparent that LED technology will be the new future for flashlights (if not al lights) and Maglite has quickly embraced this change. Pros- - 3 Watt LED (2 cell) has as much luminescence as the old three cell incandescent model. While I have yet to drain the batteries in the LED version my guess is that they will last significantly longer. - LED lights give you the ability to focus the beam to a point.
