Pentax has always made a superior product and the really did with this item. I bought these as a gift and am very happy with them. They are a little higher in price but that is the quality item. Why you might ask? They came in a black leather case and a necck strap. They are APPRX. 5 inches high by 5 inches wide and 2 inches deep and are adjustable to your face (eye) speration. Lifetime limited warrenty. Instructions make it very clear to only use lens cleaner no "Windex". These are true binoculars, you do not just adjust one but both for a great three D effect. We used them to look at the mountain that is apprx. 1000 feet from our home and it brought it so close and clear. I can highly recommend Pentax.

The perma-focus makes this product awesome for the visually handicapped. Even the products distributed by organizations for the legally blind are not as usefull because they have trouble focusing on their target due to poor vision. These eliminate that drawback and so make them much more practical.

I was excited to try these for bird watching, and got exemplary customer service and shipping from Amazon affiliated merchant. Unfortunately neither my wife nor I (both normal-sized people) was unable to test them effectively because the eyepieces do not adjust close enough together to make a nice "circle"; instead we got double circles and double vision. The adjustment goes from 56-74mm which is apparently the range of average adult male faces. Well, if Nikon is listening, I checked all their models and none of them go below 56mm that I could find. I'm very pleased with these are beautiful, elegant little glasses. I got to use these last night at the theater, and they fit perfectly in my purse nestled in their velvet carrying bag. I was up the nosebleed seats at the top balcony, so I was more than grateful to have the focusing capability! They did their job perfectly, and I was impressed I could pick out the details of the rhinestone patterns on the actor's costumes and even their face paint. I totally recommend these little glasses, I even got lots of compliments on them from people around me. The only suggestion I could make is if you get them, buy a chain so you can hang them around your neck.

Inexpensive. Remember the song "Double Vision"? You may be singing it when you try zooming on a distant object. At this price level you might get lucky and get a good pair. I wasn't lucky. They only give a clear, single view at the lowest zoom. Take a chance if you want, but save the receipt.

These binoculars were a gift for my step-son-in-law. He uses them for work as a meter reader. He loves them because they work so well at distances that he doesn't have to get out of the car on a cold winter's day!

I do not hunt but purchased this for GOlf. I demod the "V2" golf version from Bushnell (exactly the same as this one) and this is IDENTICAL to the golf version for much less (100). Superb on teh course. I've used it a half a dozen time on difference courses and on the range and it is great. I had trouble once getting a dark blue flag from 250+ but have hit white flags from 250+. Dark colors are harder to hit for any laser finder. Bunkers from the tee, bunkers around the green, hills to clear, you name, you can hit it. Unfortunately I got mine for 200 off Amazon and I see they have went up to 250 recently. GREAT PRODUCT.
