I had the chance to use this Bear Defense Spray on two occasions, one was during a promotional radio comedy show. The Bear was tame and I got $50 for Spraying it on a Bear. Didn't seem to work at all, it sneezed a few times but it didn't do a thing. If it hadn't been tame (w/ a trainer), I would have been torn to pieces. Occasion two was when I went hiking in the mountains. I came across a brown bear near a small creek and he came at me. I froze, reacted calmly, took the Bear Defense Spray and used it. I am comparing this to a no name pair from a local hardware store, and to the ones I see in hospitals... Unlike most of the others I've seen this one actually is sharpened correctly, with no visible burrs or grindlines. The serrated portion actually goes to the edge, and the fit and finish is much higher than most. In other words ya get what ya pay for.

this is a really nice caseit has foam, 2 latches, and even a plave for a padlock (which i use and it works great too!) nice product all around!

My wife bought me this light through EliteLed.com via Amazon. Gotta give praise to EliteLed, what excellent service!!! Ok, on to the light. Quality is first rate...this thing is built like a tank. I dont have a way to measure output, but it claims 225 lumens on high...I do know that looking directly into it is disorienting and painful, kiss your night vision goodbye. Very easy to carry everyday in a Bianchi accu-mold belt holder. All the advertising claims a throw of 200 meters (650+ feet). Well, I dont know about that...maybe they mean 200 feet? Dont get me wrong, the throw is great, just not 200 meters. Output is well regulated so you get great full power brightness for as long as the batteries can supply enough power. Definately a must have for flashaholics.

I've had a PEET show dryer for over a year. I use it to dry my sneakers and hiking boots after walking through wet woods and grass. The shoes/boots dry in a couple of hours. The dryer is totally quiet. It does not generate noticeable heat, so I can leave it plugged in, even on hot 90+ degree days. I'm pleased with the product.
