This is a stout little safe with a spring loaded door. The tactile combo lock is intuitive and works easily and in the dark. UNFORTUNATELY The batteries are VERY difficult to change and they drain every three months. My communications with Gun Vault assured me that they would last a full year if the battery code date was 8 years out. This has repeatedly proven not to be the case with my two units.

I read the other reviews and they are right. For the price, these are great and they do not weigh to much. I am small and that was a concern of mine. I did not want to have the binoculars on a tripod all the time & these work pefect to star gaze or nature watch.

This is an exellent buy if this is your first brass spyglass. For being so sheap this sure is good quality, every part of it is verry accurate. I really do have seen a lot worse. People who do not CARE to examine and learn for themselves OR are not used to handle and use spyglasses may have some problem getting the focus right. In any case the focus is really sharp when you do get it right. You need to twist the smallest tube to change the focus depth. Pracise make perfect! Even thou its not verry big in size i found that it was as "big" and heavy as i would tolerate for easy carrying and easy use in a larp. I've returned from a River Barge Excursion (8 days on the Ohio & Mississippi Rivers), and I used my Canon IS binoculars ALL the time. I purchased additional 123 Photo batteries, anticipating I would 'use up' the original battery from constant use, but so far haven't made a battery change. I did manage to lose one of the eyepiece caps, and I plan to contact Canon to see if I can purchase a set of replacement caps. I also have / use a Canon Powershot S5 IS digital camera, and the lens cap is tethered to the neckstrap, which is a very convenient place to 'put' the lens cap while using the camera. I would like to see Canon design a similar 'tethering' for their binocular eyepiece caps.

It isn't easy to describe these glasses or their capabilities. One has to try them and see what everybody is talking about. I have never heard one word of negativity about them whenever I allow someone else to try them. You can't go wrong with this purchase.

This knife looks intimidating and mean. But right out of the package it wouldn't harm a fly. Needed some major sharpening. That's the price of getting a knife online but it is easily fixed. On the whole its impressive...worth the money...cheaper than anywhere else and I shopped around

Great value for a compact binocular. Excellent image quality. Its very light and compact and has neoprene case. It has diopeter plus eye relief with twist out eye cups. Wish it had slimmer profile but love the UV high quality lens!
