I've used Nalgene bottles in the past for hiking, but I don't hike much anymore. I needed a bottle to take water to work and some colleagues have been using Klean Kanteen for a while. They liked theirs, so I thought I'd give them a try. At first I was looking at the brushed stainless, but it always gives me a chill -- as if I were biting down on aluminum foil. So I went with the painted ones instead. I got a black 27oz and like it. I sometimes wonder if I should have gotten the 40oz, but one of the guys has one and it might be a bit large for my application. Still not positive, so I might be getting one of those too. I just got this thing yesterday at bed bath and beyond ($30-$10 coupon=$20!), and I am very happy with my purchase. I was a little worried that it might not fit in my doorway, but it fit fine and and the bar feels sturdy enough. I hope my doorframe is sturdy enough. It has been so far. I guess time will tell. I listened to other amazon reviewers and did not screw the bolts too tight(they said you might strip the plastic) and I measured how thick my wall/door frame is (they said it would work best for 5.5-6in). Be careful, as this will not work in all types of doorways. If this bar was made out of metal, I would give it 5 stars. I think it's plastic, but I guess thats why it is only 30 bucks...

I purchased two of these bottles in May of 2008 with the stainless steel caps. We were very pleased with them and in August I purchased another. Although the third bottle was more than 20% less than when I made the first order, the quality of the bottle has degraded by at least 50%. It was immediately obvious upon opening the package that this was a much cheaper steel. It is thin, light-colored and rough. The inside of the older version is polished and smooth while this one is dull and hard to clean. My husband convinced me it was still good or else I would have returned it on the spot. I have been trying to find a BPA free water bottle that had a built-in straw and this one is perfect. I really dislike having to tilt my head back to get a drink. It's especially irritating when driving the car or bicycling. With this bottle I don't have to take my eyes off the road to satisfy my thirst. Good product!

If you are looking for a cheap and very light use bottle... this one works. If you are looking for a quality workhorse bottle... this is NOT it. The quality of the screw cap ring is bad. There aren't enough threads to really get the top on tight. It either spins or leaks slightly. The tinted paint layer is thin and does chip/scratch pretty easy with typical use. They are made in China if that is a concern for you. Save your money and buy a Sigg bottle for the same kind of bottle but much higher quality. Or a Klean Kanteen. I own both and they are 10x the water bottle. I have four children under the age of 8 that used these bottles and they just don't really hold up like the Sigg or Klean Kanteen.

This pedometer is great! It seems very accurate, is easy to use and it saves all of the data for you. I haven't loaded the software yet, so I can't give an opinion on that. My only complaint is that the clip is not very strong. When I sit down, it pops off my belt - every time! There is a little cord and that holds, so it doesn't fall to the ground, but it is a little annoying. This isn't a problem if you are wearing it during exercising, but I wear it throughout the day to try to get my 10000 steps in each day.

After carefully completing P90X Classic and then P90X plus, I agree with all the positive reviews. There is no false advertising here, except for the assertion that you can finish these workouts in an hour (1 hour, 10 minutes is average). I found I got over the initial soreness in about 2-3 weeks. However, even after that, you go into each workouts knowing that you will be in some discomfort. Nevertheless, if you get through the program, I couldn't imagine not getting positive results. At age 48, my wife was amazed at what I looked like, and all those little aches and pains went away! While I only lost 15 pounds (I was not overweight before I started), the additional strength, flexibility, and endurance have stayed with me for several months after completing my six months of the program.

I bought a couple of these for my husband to use on his bicycle instead of using plastic bottles. The theory of the design is great... execution... not so great. The quality of the stainless steel is lower than many other bottles. They are much thinner steel which causes the bottles to have issues with cold expansion. I put ice water in the bottle and the mouth of bottle expands to the point where the cap doesn't stay on. It just pulls right off. The threads of the screw top are not deep enough or enough period. It needs to have at least 1-2 more threads for the cap to go on tightly. It just spins loose if you try to tighten it. So it leaks.
