I suffer from Plantar Facistis occasionally. So when my heel started hurting, I knew what was coming. I just bought this gizmo 2 weeks ago for some horrible plantar fasciitis I have had for the last month or so. Within in the first week my heal no longer hurts in the morning. There maybe still a fleeting moment of pain here and there but this thing is awesome. I tried shoe inserts, new shoes, advil around the clock and even stopped running with no change. Sleep and sit around the house when I'm home with this on and I'm a new man. Highly recommended.

I did not purchase this item from Amazon, and I paid $39.99 for it. I can tell you that while it "sounds" like a good idea, I found it to be completely useless. It was way too flimsy to work. The strap that "lifts" your toe, can't possibly pull back enough. The only thing that it did effectively was to cramp my toes so uncomfortably that it woke me up and I had to remove it. I had purchased the larger size option, so it wasn't a size issue on the toe squishing. Fortunately I ordered with from a very high end provider that offers 100% lifetime guarantee on all that they sell, so I can return it for a full refund. I see here that it is NOT returnable if used. I had a problem with Plantar faciatis, and my foot doc recommended an orthotic. I bought these both locally and online and I love them!! I pulled the stock insoles out of my Nikes and installed these, and everything feels great. I bought three pairs, one for my running shoes, one for work, and one for my yard work shoes and I'm very happy! My Plantar faciatis seems to be improving, too! But even if it subsides completely, I will stick with these because they feel so good!!
