BIOFREEZE® 4 oz tube- My review of this product is very simple. It works!!!. I have been using this item for over 2 years now. Without it, I would not be able to be writing this review or walk or take care of my husband who has cancer or for that matter, doing anything. I get up in the morning and can not walk. I am in horrible pain. I had major surgery on my back in 1998 that put a steel plate and seven rods to hold the plate in my spine. It is called a "Spinal Fushion". Since then, I have had many other surgeries related to my back. Last year I had a surgery called "Kyfoplasty" (I hope I spelled that right) in my back to repair a broken verdabrae (again, sorry if this is spelled wrong). Thank you for Sombra. After I received the gel, I started using it immediately. I use this every morning and evening before going to sleep. I have been able to sleep soundly and not be bothered with numbed legs or "charlie horse" as the term this malady here. I have shared this gel with some friends and hopefully they will also order the gel for themselves. I truly recommend this gel for any pain that you may be feeling. I've used Kool 'n Fit for quite a few years for chronic neck (very degenerated disc) pain and constant shoulder & rotater cuff pain, and I must tell you that it's truly the only thing that's actually taken away, removed pain, albeit temporarily. But sometimes when I'm in shoulder spasm, the hour or two that Kool 'n Fit is working gives my muscles time to relax enough that when the pain returns, it's not as painful as before. I HIGHLY recommend this product to anyone with chronic pain! Works better than ThermaCare and that type of thing, Tiger Balm, many other lotions and sprays I've tried. It's awesome! Try it, you'll find relief!
