I've been taking supplements for years! I've always purchased my pre workout formula seperate from a post workout and it costs over $150. This product is way better because you save tons of $$$$$ and it works great!

For $2, this works great. Great for taking your post workout shake with you. The only issue I had with is that the seal isn't perfect on the lid so there is a wee bit of leaked when you shake it up.

It does what it says, gives muscle pumps and adds umph to your workout. But, it does at a price: you feel like your wired for hours; it needs to pointed out that there is a lot of caffiene in this product.

This item made me realize that in order for it to be comfortable for a drive (I use it in the car) longer than 30 minutes is to have a gradual 'bulge' rather than what this product does. This item makes it feel like there is a fist in the small of my back after a while. It is very uncomfortable. I've seen lumbar supports that look like a back of a chair (sort of rectangular in shape with gradual bulge). I believe that a shape like that would be more ideal for a comfortable ride. I would not recommend this item.

With Leukic I noticed almost IMMEDIATE gains in strength and reps. If I had anything negative to say about this product, is that the pills are rather large. But - after a week or so you get used to taking them, and it isn't half bad. Leukic definitely helps with recovery, too. I highly recommend this product for anyone who takes their training as seriously as I do.

I kickbox, and drink a sports drink prior to my workouts. Unfortunately, this meant having to take breaks to relieve myself often. I tried SHOT BLOKS with the sole purpose of reducing my "potty breaks." And it worked! I still drink plenty of water during my workouts, but these give me the electrolytes I need without filling me liquid. They taste like gummi chews, and all my friends like them as well. Be warned tho, the Black Cherry flavor does have a shot of caffeine. Those looking to avoid caffeine should go with the Lemon-Lime flavor. On a side note, these are also great hangover helper, too!

I took this stack for 4 weeks and was fairly impressed with the gains i made. Without the stack Im sure i would have gained about 5 pounds in a month but it allowed me to put on about 7 or 8. youve got to be patient with this one because it takes a little while to kick in. also, you still have got to eat like a horse and consume at least a gram of protein per pound of body weight. the strength increase is what i enjoyed the most about this stack. I definitely recommend this mainly because it is inexpensive for the results you receive.
