I'm a soccer coach and still play pickup games; I purchased this a year ago primarily to help my son (who's on the small side) develop his kick power. When using it every week or so, we saw some improvement. However, his kick power and consistency improved dramatically after he started working with it daily this summer. I guess there's no motivation like self-motivation.
