I bought these boots mostly for snowshoeing this winter. I did wear them on a motorcycle color ride up here in the northwoods when it was in the low 30's one morning. My feet were happy, never cold and comfortable all day long. Walking around they were very comfortable. Now the real test will be when snow comes. I am sure that I will like them for snowshoeing. How can you not, "There Keen's" I own 6 or 7 differnt pair of Keen. I really like them all and would continue to buy them. In my opinion, they are the most comfortable, funtional shoes you can buy and they look good too!

You can't be breaking your ankle out there on the open trail. These shoes aren't as heavy as they look and are super durable. They have lasted me a long time now and I expect them to last a lot longer. I'm very satisfied with what I got and couldn't have asked for more when shopping for hiking shoes. I'd recommend this defiantly for all you hikers out there (yes I know they're men's shoes and I'm a girl, but so what). You can't go climb a mountain with any ordinary shoe, really this is a great buy and its very protective of your feet. You barely feel all the rocks underfoot.

First off, just want to say that I ordered these shows for practical reasons and not the look. Wouldn't call them particularly elegant looking but am very satisfied with the purchase!! They eep my toes nice and toasty!! However, am waiting to see how well they handle the snow. But so far, am impressed. I was a little concerned as to whether or not I should order a 1/2 size up but ended up ordering my ordinary size - it worked perfectly.

These are hands down my favorite winter footwear. I live in Alaska so we know snow and how to get around in it. The tread is very high and I wear these the whole season; great for traction and I've never slipped in these. Stylish and comfy. I've had mine for about 7 years and the suede is just now starting to crack around the creasing. I haven't treated them or anything; probably would have went without cracking if I had. Worth every penny.

Just purchased the 500 again; very hard to wear, rugged and after 2 months of wearing the leather color begins to fade out in individual places- you begin to see the actual color of the leather, not the color of the shoe you purchased. I am disappointed.
