I was looking rather for long distance walking shoes than running shoes. Up to now I didn't care much for $100 pair of sneaker. Walmart was my second friend and whatever I needed I had bought over there. But the price difference makes difference for my feet and knees on the hard surface when I explore the city. It is extra cushion, extra soft landing which makes those shoes so enjoyable to wear. For my occasional running and frequent 2 hrs stairs steps in a gym I use another pair of shoes Mizuno Wave Rider II. They are lighter, have better "ventilation" and overall better fit for these tasks. Definitely a New Balance M992 shoes will be on my feet and hitting streets of Rome when I will explore the city

I love this shoe. I was lucky enough to get fitted for a running shoe at a specialty store in MD(charm city run). I have been wearing the adrenaline for 3 years! I am a mild pronator and have high arches. I am also very wide in ball of my foot and narrow in the heal. The shoe is super comfortable with an awesome gel bed and the mesh on the toe box allows air in while you run. This is great on a hot day if you are wearing tech socks because it feels like air conditioning for your toes!. The shoe seems to get better with every new version. I've run half marathons in this shoe with no rubbing or toe cramping. Best shoe ever!

This is at least my fifth pair of Crocs but my first off-road ones. OK, they are very geeky, but they are much sturdier than the Beach crocs. Like the covered toe and the adjustable strap. The sole seems thicker, firmer, and more durable than the regular ones. I will say, though, that the first day I wore them, I got huge blisters on the balls of both feet. And I was wearing socks! So at the moment, these are on hold while the blisters heal. But I have high hopes for them and I really don't care how geeky they look - I go for comfort!!

Very comfortable but almost too wide for my wider foot. If shells or rocks get inside, they can be a little hard to remove. Overall a good shoe.

I bought these sandals last summer in with yellow knotted straps and black foam. The Teva Mush Foam soon conformed to my feet nicely. The foam isn't too thick and is still very shock absorbent, so much more than a regular flip-flop. They also stay on my feet better than a regular flip flop, because the strap somewhat wraps around the foot, unlike a flip flop that you simply insert your foot into. They feel comfortable when walking on concrete or gravel surfaces, and on the beach. They also dry quickly, which is also nice for the beach. I wear these sandals all summer long (Arizona has long summers) to run errands and around the house and yard. The knots straps add a touch of cuteness to the sandals.
