Okay where do I start. I was a little daunted when I read reviews on the Poker Case arriving damaged or dilapidated. Even with Super Saver Shipping, the product arrived in 4 days, (Including non buisness days). I opened the case and it was amazing. The case was unsullied, there was no damage to it whatsoever. The case was so great looking, it looked like it was packed to the top with $100 bills. The cards and chips were quite exceptional for the price. Chips were 11.5 grams and felt like real clay. We have 4 kids: 10, 8, 6, and 2 yrs. old. We got this product to change the focus of dinnertime from "eat your veggies," to something more fun, positive, and meaningful. If you're didicated, it could work. The idea is great, but there may be other similar products that are less expensive and just as effective. The kids have taken turns pulling a card out and reading it to introduce a new topic and that's kind of fun for them, too.

The balls are very light and I wonder it meets the 3 star standard/ I am ver dissapointed.

Nothing to write home about, but fun for household and non-competitive use. I wouldn't enter a tournament with it though. If you go into the purchase with that expectation, you'll be happy. The handle is quite comfortable and worth the 10 or so dollars over the bargain basement models.

than any of the ping pong balls at most retail outlets. They are larger and a bit heavier. Our table is outside and the game is much less wind-affected with these.

Works well for 1 deck, but we play Canasta with 3 decks, so it's a little shallow and tips a little when 3 decks are in one side. But it's the best one I could find. I doubt it would work for 4 decks.
