For the first time since purchasing a variety of items thruogh Amazom.com, I can say I am deeply disappointed with this product. I purchased it for my daughter. She said she received an error message but when she went to the Rosetta site, there was no way to get support via that website. As she is out of the country, it is very expensive for her to be at a computer AND telephone as the technical support individual mentioned. Therefore, we have gone through considerable expense for her to FEDEX the software to me so that I can return it. I have done that and now I am waiting for the "verdict" from Amazon.com regarding a refund. I actually got the Latin American version, but have really enjoyed using it. It is not boring and I look forward to the time I have to use it.

I didn't think that I could learn a new language, but with this program by rosetta stone, the learning process is so simple that I feel with any amount of effort, anyone can learn any language that they choose. I am totally 100% satisfied with this program, and I highly recommend it to anyone who wishes to learn a new language.

This software is just such a great combination of the visual and the aural that I have really learned a lot. My only regret is that there is not a Level 4 and beyond.

Keeps you interested. I felt after the first three lessons that this software really gave me the basis for understanding the languange. And the proper direction on learning by pictures and understanding the proper accents. I would only choose Rosetta Stone, they have perfected the Art of Learning a Language.

My problem is not with the product. I was mailed three, not one, of the items ordered. I returned the two not ordered over a month ago. My account has not been credited yet.

I was VERY disappointed in this item. I have contacted the seller to receive a full refund to no avail. I thought I was receiveing a original Rosetta Stone Italian learning CD but what I got was a knock off from Thailand. Needless to say I wound not recommend anyone ordering anything from this seller.

I have to say this is one of the best investments I've made in my life Considering I bought this software with all my birthday money from my 21st birthday. But anyways I love how easy Rosetta Stone makes it to learn a new language. I am already 5 lessons in and I can already form sentences. I mean sometimes the lessons get kind of repetetive, but the only reason for that is so that they can be sure that the users retain this information. One of the best ways to learn and memorize something is through repetition and that doesn't bore me since I am a musician and thats pretty much all that i do. I never find the lessons boring because I am always so excited to learn more and more, just the fact that I can learn a language and not have to pay 2000 dollars per semester is just absolutely amazing and I am ...
