Like many of you, I am no video editing professional. I just need a simple tool to stitch together the videos taken in my digital camera and convert them into MP4 format. The original format comes out of my camera is Motion JPG like almost all digital cameras, those files are pretty big. I was hoping by converting to MP4 it would save me some disk space. But I found the quality of the converted MP4 is rather low, the color is faded and some details, highlights are lost. The output bitrate is FIXED at 2000k for MP4 format, That's right, you read me correct, you can NOT change the setting! Contacted customer support, they claim this is normal. Great product....actually compatible w/ VISTA systems. Not the easiest program 2 work with, but well worth learning.

Very disappointed in this software. When I open the software and use it, then close it down I have to reboot my computer to get it to come back up. This is a hassle. I have and use Paint shop pro x and it works great. Would not recommmend this as an upgrade.

I bought Photo Album 7 Deluxe as an upgrade from Photo Album 6. I had thousands of photos organized into collections and expected this information to load in Photo Album 7. No such luck. There is no collections feature. Apparently, "tags" is a replacement, but there is no apparent way to bring one's collections into the new program. This would mean "re-tagging" thousands of photos. I tried contacting support and was told there was a $25 charge for answering a question. This is uselss and insulting to the customer. I will try to return the program. Don't buy this item if you plan on importing a previous version's data.

As a long time Photoshop user I was, admittedly, skeptical about the capabilities of Painter4. I was pleasantly surprised. It certainly is a mid-end product, but has all of the basics you world expect. For the price it really does the job. My kids (13, 15) took to it very well enjoying a very (matter our hours) swift learning curve. For quick picture touch-up's I actually now prefer this over Photoshop (I never thought I'd every say that about another product!).

I purchased this product and it seemingly was registered and loaded properly. It failed completely after a short use and I attempted to reload if from the disks supplied only to be stopped at 6% configuration. When reattempted, the product declared my i.d. number invalid, a defect confirmed by Corel on its website. I waited and tried again, successfully registering the product only to reach the same problem, stopping this time at 7% of the product configuring. The product and a completely inaccessable (by telephone) Corel stink.

I've not had time to "explore" too much, but I'm finding that it's all I've wanted and more. They've kept the same interface, but have strengthened WPs capabilities. Sometimes when I open a .PDF file, the formatting is a little messed up, that's a small detail, though, to me.

I use macs and windows systems and i like them both but i was lacking of a good player that enables me using my blu ray in a better way... even more because my none of my macs has blus... I only use it as a player and very satisfied with the loading time and performance, if this is what you're looking for, i gladly recommend it to you.
