As an encyclopedia, it does a great job. At this price you get absolutely a great amount of and CORRECT knowledge. Dictionary, atlas, timelines and online updates are all good features. I'm not a fun of BrainStormer, but that's fine. As a simple database + search software, sometimes taking up ~60% CUP power on my laptop with a 2.1 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo is unbearable. The skin looks nice but I can't read the words on the tag. Searching is slow, not sure it's due to the graphic or the searching itself. Oh, I'm using the mac version, it may work better with PC.

THIS ENCYCLOPEDIA IS EXTREMELY WIDE IN COVERAGE AND DEPTH. THE ONLY DRAWBACK IS HOW VERY LONG IT TAKE TO BE ACTIVATED ON THE DESKTOP.

this product works fine. i was looking for a PDF editor and it was inexpensive and works great.

Complete waste of time and money! I knew going in that it would likely take 5 or so hours for the file transfer. What I didn't realize is that it doesn't move non MS items like Quick Books at all. It would have been far faster for me to re-install my software programs manually then to use PC Mover. I keep all my files backed-up anyway so PC Mover really didn't help in that area either.PCmover with Selectivity, Including Laplink USB 1.1 Cable

I was surprised to find so many bad reviews of this product because I have been using it for at least two years and I have created great websites with the program. I found it easy to use and have not encountered the type of problems mentioned here. I had no problem uploading the websites to my own domain -- actually it was as easy as copying and pasting -- literally! I don't know HTML, nor JAVA Script, but I have been able to create great looking sites, including plenty of my own graphics and photos (with links to view photos in their original size); and tons of links to other websites, slide shows, photo albums, pdf downloads, etc. Don't know about the quality of customer service because I tend to go to the manufacturer's website and get help from there. ... This is the first electronic bible that I purchased and it is a great starter package. It is very easy to use and works well with Windows XP Pro. The PROS: Makes it easy to view several translations simultaneously. Has a reading plan that breaks the bible up into daily chunks based on your goals and time frame. (e.g., read the entire new test in six months). The CONS: Doesn't include NRSV. However you can purchase this off of the Quickverse web site (I think $10.) I may end up upgrading to a larger version with more translations and commentaries, but that may be because I'm more of a geek and am curious than actual need :-)

It's not a bad product. But my experience of Avanquest's customer service wasn't very good.

Los formatas de entrada de datos son totalmente editables, pudiendo incorporarse, modificar campos o agregarlos aún después de agregar datos. Los formatos de reporte para impresión son personalizables, con numerosas formas de sort y filtrado para ajustarlos a variadas necesidades. Con algunas pruebas y pocas consultas a un útil help, pude armar una base de datos con trabajos de investigación médica para un Comité de Bioética, que funciona sin fallas hasta ahora. Estoy agradecido a la solución que me ha brindado. En mi criterio, muy recomendable.
