I bought the data cable, and then downloaded the software from their site. First of all, the photo downloading software doesn't work. It starts to download, then fails and tells me to reboot my phone. It does this over and over. The only reason I bought the product was to download photos, which it will not do. Second of all, AFTER you buy the software they tell you that they will charge you $9.99 to return it - even the downloaded version. I am going to return the cable and dispute the charge on the software, because it's a defective product that doesn't work.

Once I got the product working, I liked it a lot. However, it initially did not work and I had to download an update. My friend bought this as well but she just gave up. Once I downloaded the update everything worked fine.

The description of the product which was Plus! Digital Media Edition [OLD VERSION] is why I bought it. At this point I was in no rush and didn't worry aout the price of the product. I knew what I would get from the description of the product and the sellers rating because I had previous experience with the product but had no key. Also, I couldn't get the product any where or way else. The sale of the product was prompt despite a short delay but early compared to Amazon.com's prediction of when I would recieve it by. I am thankful and happy that I bought this product. It was everything the description said it would be and what it actually was when I recieved and installed it. The purchase was even responded to with an apology for the short delay which I accept.

I loaded this software to my computer. When I tried to run it, I received a message "Missing Certificate File- reinstall" I attemptedto re-install and received same message. I attempted to remove program from computer and received message " missing certificate file" Every time I reboot my computer, I receive a series of messages about missing Cetificate File. I have to cancel each one. I went to Roxio web tech support and they wanteed $49.95 to take control of my computer and fix problem. I googled issue and found this was a common problem. This looks like a planned consumer rip off

I bought this product to burn CD's (using CD-R disks). It didn't work for me. After a lot of research I discovered (from Microsoft) that CD's burn better at a slower speed, so I set my system to 48X and it worked. Tech support from Roxio was confusing, as they supply lots of (for me) useless documentation. I could have saved my money, and used Windows or any AT&T Yahoo! CD burners.

Naturally tech support is arrogant and unhelpful, and basically consists of "buy the upgrade (Jukebox) because that is what we support." Finally I did buy Jukebox at about version 5 or 6. Unfortunately, most of the same annoying bugs exist, and the tech support is not any better. (The web site help is usually down.) The worst thing is that the program (both free and purchased) is too stupid to recognize that your computer is already connected to the internet, which is vital to take advantage of the program options and save tons of time when ripping. My friends were suprised to hear how much better my MacBook sounded from theirs when I had this thing installed. I couldn't believe the difference. I did the trial and bought it within minutes. Headphone mode for movies and tv downloads is quite good too.

This is a collection of iTunes 3, iPhoto 2, iMovie 3, and iDVD 3 that Apple offers on all their latest machines with Superdrive installed. All but iDVD 3 are available as downloads from the Apple website, but it is worth the $...or whatever to get them altogether and include the iDVD 3. The iDVD 3 is not available as a download because of its size (>1.3 gig) Each of the four programs is good, but the seamless combination of the four (five including iPod) makes this system an easy to learn combination.
