You need to use their software to upload pictures... and you CAN NOT upload pictures under Vista. i tried it on XP and worked. If it doesn't work with vista why they mentioned "vista ready" ?!!!

This system works great. I know it says weatherproof, but some people think weatherproof means waterproof. It is not the same. Weatherproof and waterproof are two different things. I have had my camera outside for a year. It hangs under the eave of the garage and it has withstood 2 tropical storms and a multitude of rain storms. I can see and hear everything. I can even read the license plate numbers of my car without the outside porch light on. By the way I bought another camera and put it on top of my house. Waterproof? No. I spent $1.08 to get a clear bird feeder that I turned into a camera housing. That camera still works - 1 year and going strong. Hope this helps. Quint

This product runs an extremely poor quality firmware. The interface boots into a menu where you have to make a choice. In my opinion - if it's a photo frame it should be configurable so that when it boots it goes into a slide show. Very limited options as to what you can do with the photos. No randomized playback. and the worst thing - it only holds 15 photos in it's internal 8mb. The limit is hard-coded. Even if you make photos smaller, you can't fit more than 15, which is nonsense, considering that the resolution is 436x245. Btw, the resolution that they give in the user's manual does not match, and I had to experimentally figure out the right dimensions. This product is so poorly designed, I wish I could return it.
