Excellant product. The only fault is the cube tent does not open completely. The spring wire frame has probably been stored so long it has taken a set and will not hold the tent taut. A little hand manipulating and it works fine.

I'm only using it with a 250w bulb primarily to light my backdrops and haven't had any problems. I was considering moving up to a higher powered bulb but I think I'll figure something else out there.

Compact flouresecent bulbs will not fit this fixture unless you order special CF's with extended bases. Other than that, it can't be beat for the price and quality. I got the unmentioned carry bag also. Adorama Rocks!

I bought these 'sweeps' with the ImageMaker Light Tent Kit. They really are just construction paper you can get at your local walmart for a dollar. Additionally they came rolled up so tight that I could not unroll them flat. Ultimately I wound up leaving them all creased trying to straighten them out. They wound up in my recycle bin unused. Save your ten bucks and get some fabric for your sweeps.

The stands work well, and the bulbs that come with it are nice and bright. However, the life on these incandescent bulbs are rated at only 20 hours, making them not very good for extended periods of photography. I tried buying some fluorescent ones, but had trouble with higher wattage bulbs, since the base of the brighter bulbs are rather large, making them difficult to properly fit into the lamps. I found that about the equivalent of 100 watt bulbs is all that will fit, as the narrow neck of the lamp won't allow a higher wattage bulb. Forget about any more than a 60 watt equiv. on the smaller lamp -- the neck's even more narrow. If you can find a socket extender, then your options for bulbs will increase greatly.
