I just bought this cord and I love it. I lost the one I originally received with the camera. Then I ordered some cheap cord from an online retailer that came from China. Of course it didn't work. So I finally stopped being cheap (and mad at myself for losing the one I had) and purchased it. It works great and I finally took 50 million(lol)pics off my camera.

This is a fantastic camera - I've had it for two weeks now and am extremely pleased at the ease of use and especially the quality of the photos. I bought it to use in the rains of London, when I head over there to visit my sister, but it has now become my daily carry camera and sees a lot more use than I initially expected.

Negative: shutter lag is pretty serious, but if you have the right settings, it gets better. Takes some time to figure out. Also it appears to be better when more memory is available. Positive: durability! I agree that the durability of this camera is nothing short of incredible. This camera can really be handled roughly, which is great. I just wanted a camera for snapshots and candid photos, nothing fancy. I had this camera for a year, and got poor quality pictures the whole time. It was easy to use, but photos were either grainy or blurred. After consulting the manual several times, no error could be found. It was small and light, but didn't suit my needs.

I didn't like the case because it looked kind of weird on, and there was no protection over the screen in the back, and that is the part of the camera that I am most concerned about scratching!

This camera is small enough that I carry it right in my purse and have it with me at all times. Takes great pictures. The most important function for me is that it has the Image Stabilization.

Please see past the perks and notice the simple problem that will waste your money! The camera has issues with batteries, by issues i mean it will not work on your standard set of batteries (alkaline) because of the large screen and other reasons. I only receive a couple of shots from the batteries, then they die. Also you will be unable to use a view finder because there ISNT one. This means there is no option to save the batteries using a view finder. DO NOT BUY THIS CAMERA.
