Kodak makes contacting them a difficult process. Because of limited product description, I spent money on an item that was not needed. After many attempts at ordering the plastic connector plate for the camera, a human was reached. I will not buy a Kodak product again. The camera processes 14 photographs and the battery dies.I have never had so many problems so quickly with any camera. From now on, I may buy disposable cameras only.

I really like having my pictures displayed on a digital picture frame. It is a convenient, space saving way to review thousands of pictures. Great entertainment in a small space. I brought one in to my elderly aunt to watch in her nursing home. She really enjoys watching the family photos, with hundreds of pictures cycling throughout the day. Sure beats TV! This is a great application for these picture frames. But anyways, I now own 4 different model/different manufacturer Digital picture frames. This Kodak 10" model is my most recent purchase and the best picture frame that I own to date. What is wrong with the other picture frames? Finally a digital picture frame with EVERYTHING on my wish list! Great Grand Parents can switch it on and it works! No remote to lose. Resolution of 800x480 - You can program on/off time - Plays video files along with the regular pictures, not just video or still pics only. My favorite feature is RANDOM selection (shuffle mode) off the picture card. Kodak told me that it will accept and use 2 different cards. Right now I've got 2,400 pictures on a 1GB card and it works great! So after visiting Amazon many times and reading review after review and purchasing 2 other frames, only to return them - THIS IS THE ONE!

This is a classic example of a product that should have been turned over to Apple to make it integrate well. The manual is poor. For example, there is no explanation of how to actually navigate to the pictures on your camera. With an SD card in the camera, the HDTV dock initially displays Zero Pictures and Zero Videos. We thought the dock or the camera must be defective, because the Kodak printer dock can access the photos immediately. A call to tech support revealed that you have to go down about 3 or 4 folder levels to get to the actual pictures. Picture display on my 720P LCD was generally good. Videos had an annoying green line at one edge. The remote operates the device so slowly that the wait for a new picture to show on the screen is agonizing. Slide show mode was ok. The buttons ...
