I wanted to like this product - I really did. It's a pretty case, the screen looks great, and the feature set is impressive. But the software and documentation problems are maddening. There is PC software that you install to control the frame and load photos, slideshows, etc. This software is frustratingly buggy and never worked for me. It gave several error messages on installation; after finally installing fully, it couldn't find the frame on the network. The screen displays an error message referring you to the manual, the manual refers you to a web FAQ, and the web site points you back to the manual - kind of an amusing tail-chasing exercise. Great buy, the easiest camera I've ever used. I bought it for my mother-in-law that has a hard time with the new techno stuff. This camera tells you what each function is used for. I would buy it for my 5 year old. Great buy for someone young or is scared of new techno stuff.

I have 3 kids & for each ones 5th birthday, they wanted a camera. I ended up getting 3 versions of this Easyshare & all have past my expectations for such a thing. It's cheap, it has better quality than a "real" kids camera (Fisher Price), & they're holding up well! Our oldest one is 4 yrs. old & is still as good as new even though it's been played with by all three of my children. And, as they were bought for my kids, they've taken quite a bit of abuse as well & they all worked perfectly. I purchased this frame because I read it had better resolution than others that were cheaper. I am very impressed--it delivers. It also has very easy photo transfers and offers an array of options that are useful. The cons (and they are minimal) are that the arm that holds the frame upright could be a little longer. And the remote is not intuitive to use--guess I'll have to break down and read the manual. Overall, I am very pleased with my purchase.

I selected this camera because it was way more convenient than the digital video camera I have been using. I wanted something that could fit in my pocket and upload video easily to grandparents. So far I have used this camera only a few times, and been really disapointed. My main concern is the image quality - photos are sometimes good quality, but frequently blurry or out of focus and video breaks up into pixelation every 10 to 15 seconds. I do not know if I have a bad camera or if this is just the expected quality. I am really sorry I bought this camera rather than waiting for lots of others to post experiences.

Maybe I got a bad cable, but mine does not work with my Z650. All I get is a blinking light. The computer does not recognize the camera at all. Which is about my luck.

Purchased this as an extra battery to go with the battery included in our docking kit. Nothing worse than running out of power right in the middle of a shoot. While I don't think this battery has reached it's full potential yet (They're supposed to be discharged completely a few times when new to 'set' the charging ability) However, it's not like the older NiCad which had a memory if not fully charged - no memory here. To date though, this battery pack in a new Kodak Z Eazy-share has taken more pictures and/or video on one charge than any other battery configuration. As it's only a few weeks old we'll give it a reserved 2 Thumbs up - if it keeps working like this, I'll even go three thumbs up! (I knew the third one would come in handy someday! LOL)
