Takes the best pictures I've ever seen on a digital camera. Pictures are sharp and bright. An amazing product. Few drawbacks however as nothing is perfect although this one comes pretty close. Power plug is NOT included with the product; have to purchase that separately. Also, the power button is fairly weak and feels like it could fail any minute.

I have purchased this battery in the past, and then tried generic batteries. The generics didn't hold a charge and were not worth even the smaller amount I paid. This battery is worth the money.

This camera is great. The zoom is amazing and the clarity is wonderful. The 3" screen makes taking and viewing pictures a breeze. This camera takes great pictures in low lighting conditions. One example...my old Olympus 5 MP camera took horrible pictures of my Christmas tree when lit. The picture would come out looking like a blurry fireball. With this Canon, with the flash off in the dark and my Christmas tree illuminated, the lighted tree comes out in perfect clarity. You can see each individual bulb perfectly clear. I was amazed. I will have this camera for a long time.

I really enjoy the sturdy construction and quality of this camera bag. It was the cheapest through Amazon. I am a beginner to photography and have ample room to grow with this bag. The top of the bag seals well if the weather changes for the worse. The bag came with a second battery I need. I read the filter was average at best but I don't care because the battery and bag were worth the combined price. It is an attractive bag and really is well padded to protect my camera/lens investments. The bag is bigger than I thought I originally wanted but I see the advantages now. I will buy a camera case as well soon so I can have camera protection and the big bag can remain in the car. The bag has nice straps to hold my retractable tripod. Use this with a Sto-Fen diffuser and have had great results with my XSi. Really simple use, but am craving more and will invest in the 580 EX II in addition to this to take advantage of better lighting options. Don't get me wrong though, MUCH better than the built in flash!

I just got this camera and have been playing around with it for about a week. I formerly had an Olympus and loved it, but everyone who I knew who had a Powershot loved them, so I thought Id's give it a shot. The LCD is crystal clear and I like the dial. It is fairly easy to get the hang of. I do recommend reading the manual, though because there are a lot of things this camera can do...I have a tendency of putting my camera in Auto and leaving it there, so please read the book! I love the Color Accent feature where you can single out one color in the frame and make the rest of the shot black and white.
