I was very pleased when I first received my remote. It worked as expected the first day. I went to use it a few days later and it did not work. I replaced the batteries and still did not work. I returned it right away and ordered a less expensive one which I like much better and is still working after 2 weeks, yipeeee!

I received the tripod and quickly saw that it was not of a very high quality construction. I had concerns of how long the grips that hold the leg extensions would hold up,and I did not like that there is a removable piece that connects the camera to the tripod head. The lock mechanism for that piece also concerned me that it may not hold up over time. I guess the tripod is functional for the price but the value may not hold up if you need to buy a replacement tripod.

I really enjoy the sturdy construction and quality of this camera bag. It was the cheapest through Amazon. I am a beginner to photography and have ample room to grow with this bag. The top of the bag seals well if the weather changes for the worse. The bag came with a second battery I need. I read the filter was average at best but I don't care because the battery and bag were worth the combined price. It is an attractive bag and really is well padded to protect my camera/lens investments. The bag is bigger than I thought I originally wanted but I see the advantages now. I will buy a camera case as well soon so I can have camera protection and the big bag can remain in the car. The bag has nice straps to hold my retractable tripod. Very nice investment and I would suggest others buy ... Read More

I can't believe this DVD was so cheap, yet so unbelievably informative. They start out in a studio to show the basics of portrait lighting using the Creative Lighting System. That part was interesting as he sets up a basic one light portrait, discusses the problems, and makes changes to correct them. And you learn throughout the process.

But the really cool part is when he goes into the field with Joe McNally. For one thing, it was just really cool to get to see Joe in action. I'm always interested in seeing a guy like that work. But also, and more to the point of this DVD, he was doing things that I just didn't think CLS would be able to accomplish! I am completely blown away and this is going to change the way I do my lighting from here out. I seriously want to thank Nikon, Bob ... Read More

The Canon Remote Switch does exactly what you'd expect a cable switch to do. There is nothing difficult about using it, and it opens up a whole world of possibilities for lengthy exposures, as well as non-shaky stop-motion animation. I am very happy with this product.

This battery appears to have sufficient a capacity to get through a day's of informal picture taking. Not enough time has elapsed to determine how this will perform in the long run.

8.Kodak EasyShare Camera Dock Kit from: Kodak
Average Rating: out of 5 stars

>>More Details
Photo : Kodak EasyShare Camera Dock Kit
Purchased the docking kit when I realized our new Kodak camera didn't come with a rechargable battery (Duh on my part!) Great all around package, with the included rechargable battery, charging is so easy - just park the camera on top of the dock, and walk away - it's that easy. A handy feature is the discharge action - the new Li batterries, as well as old NiCads could/should be completely run down every now and then. With this unit, again - set it and walk away. It'll completely discharge, and then fully charges the battery. It'll plug into either our computers and/or printers and makes downloading pictures a snap too. The only thing that doesn't make sense is the included case. While it's supposed to be for the Kodak cameras, it's odd shape doesn't provide good cushioning for our model. ... Read More

Just got this and although it does diffuse, it doesn't do it all that noticeably. I realized quickly after trying to install it on my D50 that it isn't designed to go all the way in, presumably to avoid damaging the contacts on the shoe. It will do for the convenience of fitting into my bag when I don't want to mess with a full flash unit. As for full function - it's best used for reducing over-exposed highlights on your subject, but it won't completely disperse the light from the flash.

After using for 4 months, I can't imagine being without it.
Prior to getting this accessory, viewing the camera's videos and still photos was cumbersome, to say the least. Imagine crouching down in front of the TV and operating the controls from this tiny camera; that is, AFTER connecting and plugging in the necessary cables each time you want to show them. then disconnecting again when you're done.
To say nothing of having to open the camera and pop out the battery for charging it in its own little wallcharger: what an annoyance. Don't forget to replace the battery before running out of the house with the camera, either!

And this accessory also includes the component cables, which seperately cost over $30.
If you own a DSC T300 or similar Cybershot and have shelled ... Read More
