I use this for work. I use it to put labels on all of the company's computers (about 75 to 100) with the funky network names that we use. Better than the hand-held labelers because this keyboard is easier to use. The best way I can describe it is like a video game controller. It works really well like that. It does not have an AC power source, but that's OK by me. You are moving the labeler to the object here, not the other way around. The AC cord would never get used anyway. I just bought this cyber monday for $19.99.It came yesterday,which was wednesday.It took lesS than a half hour to set it up.It is very user friendly and prints great pictures.

This is my third Brother laser printer, and they get better every time. This one lets you print from 3 types of connnections - USB, wired Ethernet, and wireless Ethernet. Also, the paper seems to curl less than the last printer. The USB setup was very easy. I connected the first computer directly with USB, and then the second computer via wireless. You can have both connected at the same time. The wireless setup was flawless (recommend you use the wired connection during setup, then remove the wire as explained in the manual). You have to know your wireless router password, but other than that it's pretty straight forward.

I have not used this yet.. still considering returning it.. the problem is the size of it.. i bought this for my teen to use with her digital camera.. and omg.. i knew it was not compact, but didn't realize it was giant.. my fault.. should have read description better.. :( I have ordered many items from amazon, and this is the first time that I have encountered my next problem.. the printer came in it's packaging and that is it.. no amazon box to disquise what was inside.. so fed ex pulls up and hands me part of my daughter's Christmas in front of her.. rrrr...

I bought this printer from Amazon and everything's been great. Receiving it ahead of schedule and at a good price. The printer has performed flawlessly so far, copying, printing and scanning are real quick and it was very easy to install. Well, that doesn't go for setting up on a network but, like all the earlier reviews, it took some doing. I know I didn't follow the steps to a "T" but still got it done in a reasonable amount of time. The cartridges will be costly at about $15-$17 each, times 5 (ouch) but, what printer doesn't cost much for ink?? The footprint is reasonable and great for my needs. I do a lot of printing and I highly recommend this printer!

I bought this printer to make photos and it does this well. The printer is 30' away from the computer using the blue-tooth adapter (not incl) and was recognized by my wireless keyboard/mouse dongle by Logitech. I did call support to set-up and they were helpful. They also said that the scanner would not work well in a wireless application due to the amount of data transferring but have not tried this yet. Overall was a good purchase.

I have had nothing but problems with this printer. I bought it for the all-in-one features and to free up some room on my desk. From the beginning, the scanner never worked. I kept getting error messages. I tried several times to correct the problem with the tech people but I had nothing but problems reaching them. Then the printer kept getting paper jams in the back. Now the rollers don't grip the paper and any copies I make only come out half or barely completed. Also, after I replace an empty ink cartridge, when I try to print, I get a message stating that the cartridge is empty and do I want to print in black only. I bought this printer over a year ago and LOVED it. Did everything it claimed to, etc. Then it all of a sudden it had a "Reset Power" error and all of the lights began to flash. I did a quick google search and realized that this is not uncommon, and the only solution is to get a new printer, or get a replacement from HP if it's still under warranty (mine isn't). It's a systemic error and HP doesn't have a fix for it. Do your research, run a quick Google search on "HP 6310 Reset Power" and you'll see it's not uncommon.

The directions for setting-up wireless printing did not work for a Lenovo notebook printer with Vista. Calling the TOLL phone line (that's right, not a toll-free number), I got a tech support person who for several minutes insisted that I needed a cable to connect - did not recognize that this is supposed to be wireless-accessible. Finally was redirected to a more senior tech support person who worked with me to try to connect. But, after TWO HOURS on the telephone, with no connection, this person said he would call me back after checking some information. He did, but it still didn't work. He then concluded that it must be a Microsoft problem and told me to call them. We called Amazon, and they agreed to take it back.
