I gave this as a birthday gift to a friend that carries tons of pictures of her daughter around. She loved it. Now she just uploads pics on to this device and can show off her adorable child easily. No more wrangling with photos.

"UPDATE"...Perhaps this review and the current update will help others, however, the original review was yesterday and now this update continues with my progress overnight...I did get the camera up and running and would change the rating to a 4 out of 5 stars but I cannot change the stars via this edit...I ended up going to the "Logitech" site and dowloading the current drivers. I only loaded the drivers and did not use the disk that came with the camera. With just the drivers loaded I went directly to "Skype" and it works great. No glitches or problems in my first online event with this camera. I did change the mike default on "Skpye" to get the audio to acknowledge using the Logitech 9000's mike but beyond that, I had absolutely no problems...I still got the error "1719" but gave up fiddling ... ...keeps on working? Well, that's what happened. I've had this little flash drive for over a year and used it to transport data back and forth between my home and work computers. One day I realized I'd misplaced it, and was horrified to find it on the bottom of my washing machine. I had apparently left it in a pocket and it went through the wash. I didn't bother to try the soggy drive, figuring it was ruined, so I put it aside for a week or so. However, when I later plugged it in, I was thrilled to see it seemed none the worse for wear, and neither was the data that was stored on it. That was back in July. Great little inexpensive, solidly made storage device. I just ordered three more....

Buyer Beware! The Sandisk Cruzer is NOT the drive you want to store Microsoft Office files. I used my drive for app. two weeks without incident. All of a sudden, several Excel files failed to load and a dialoge box opened saying a file was corrupted; then a few Word files were corrupted. Now all the Office files are corrupted. I tossed the POS.

Two small complaints, I had to reformat the drive so I could store some of my video files that are over 4gig, and the data transfer is a little on the slow side. Both are minor, so I would say buy the drive unless you really need a high speed device.

Before my baby was born, we bought a Flip Ultra. It's been so great for capturing little moments with my daughter. We've caught some of her first smiles and coos, first laughter, bathtime, and so many more moments. I don't really have much to say. The only things I look for in a thumb drive is being completely blank (or be able to be completely formatted) to be rid of any preinstalled software, a reasonable design, and it not falling apart. This drive gets a lot of use from me and is my primary that dangles from my keyring. The only complaint I have is that the push-out design feels pretty cheap now. I fear that any day I am going to squeeze it in the wrong way and it will break. It hasn't happened yet so still no complaints, I guess.

unbelievable, so light, so convinient, so easy to use, and so great video quality!!! I bought a $1000 Sony HD camcord in January but didn't have ANY chance to use it because it's so inconvinient!!!! This is great I can actually take it to the mountains, to parties, and every one, I mean every one wanted to buy one when I showed them how easy to shoot a video using this camera!!! Thanks Amazon!

We were running out of space on our desktop PC with many more movies in line to go in it. I decided to try an external Hard Drive and could not pass up the price and size of this on. We received it a few days ago and were like kids tearing open the package to get working on it. (New technology does that to us.) The ease of use of this product is refreshing. I was a little intimidated in the beginning, but that went away quickly once I began to use it. I definitely recommend this product to anyone who needs extra hard drive space.
