I bought this product for my stressed out cat. A few drops behind the ears and she calms right down. I have also tried the product myself (under the tongue method) and I have the same results. Considering the low cost, I would recommend for anyone to try it.

I give my 80 pound, 13 year old lab mix a dose of these at the first sign of fireworks around the 4th or thunderstorms and she seems to feel much better. She will still pace, but won't scratch down doors or cry incessantly. Sometimes she's even calm enough to lay down and relax--something I never thought I would see her do during those times. There does not seem to be any side effects.

This stuff really works. If you can give it to your pet at least 30 minutes before the event it really helps. Calms them right down. Great for those Midwest thunderstorms or 4th of July. We raise fairly high strung terriers and several are afraid of thunder and fireworks. Didn't like drugging them- like with ace-promazine- they are not zombies on this product. Just really calm. Highly recommend.
