The first pump I received was noisy, but when I called the store, they replaced it and paid shipping for the return. The replacement pump is as quiet as the original, which is to say you can't hear it. The pump seems to pump quite a bit more water than the original. I am very satisfied with the replacement pump.

I recommend this product for two reasons. 1. Less waste: My cat really doesn't like the gel version of this supplement. I mix his lysine into his wet cat food, and if it's the gel stuff half the time he won't eat it, wasting the meds. But he doesn't seem to mind or notice the powdered version in his food. Plus, there's less packaging to throw away. So less product and packaging waste. Nifty! 2. Easier to keep track of what's left: Using the gel pump is convenient and far cheaper than using the syringes (not to mention far less packaging), but I could never tell how much was left so I never knew when to re-order. The Midwest Cat Playpen is a great solution for our multi-cat household. It is a roomy, comfortable, and secure enclosure that can easily be moved from room to room or outdoors. It took approximately 5 minutes for my sixteen year old son to assemble. I was very pleased with the design - double doors open on top and bottom, and the bottom tray slides out for easy cleaning. My senior cat loves the cozy cat bed that is included. Shop around, but I don't think you will find a better value.

I have a yellow lab that destroyed the kitchen furniture when he was teething, but he is 3 years old now, and he prefers shoes. He doesn't chew on furniture anymore, but good size rawhide bones only last an hour on his paws, which is longer than these treats but not so healthy for him. He found that instead of trying to chew these hard treats out of the rubber ball, he can get them out rather easily by dropping the ball to the kitchen floor, over and over again, until they come out. Once the treats are loose (5-10 minutes later) they break easily in his powerful jaws. Note: The treats don't come out so easily when he drops the ball on the carpet, but he knows that. These are great, we bought the assorted and Tommy loves them. They smell yummy too. I bought it in the bulk, and they were still pretty fresh. I would definitely recommend them if your dog is a bit overweight or obese. Plus, change their food to organic, grain free diets. It works miracles.

I got this frog, as well as a couple of other animals, that were this brand, and they just fall apart! The elephant's ears came off the same day I got it, and the chipmunk lost appendages, too. The frog lasted the longest, but it is in poor shape, with a missing leg and it's eyes falling off. The seams in these toys just do NOT stay together!! I will never buy this brand again!

Our dog is 13 years old and for the last couple of years, his stomach has become particularly sensitive. We tried various brands of dog food before settling on Newman's Own. Our dog loves it and has not had any more trouble with his stomach. It is hard to find though. I was buying it from a small local organic grocery store but they only carried it in the smallest size and I was paying almost twice as much as on Amazon. Now I have it set up on Amazon to ship monthly.

Glyco-flex III worked wonders on the two dogs we have used it with over the years. Our Border Collie (working dog, now retired) has arthritis as does our Great Pyranees (livestock guardian dog, now mostly retired by her own choice!). Both, at different times, had difficulty getting up or limped. Within 4 weeks of being on Glyco-flex III, both were completely mobile. And, they love the taste, taking it like a treat. Now that they are both elderly, each has had to have an anti-inflammatory added to their daily regimen too, but I'm convinced that the Glyco-flex is still an important part of keeping them comfortable and active.
