We installed the product to try and tone down the two nonstop barking labs behind ou house. It seemed to have some limited effect on day one, but as I'm sittingin my house on day two, the dogs are barkig just as much as before the device was installed. The indicator light comes on when they bark, but it doesn't appear to have an effect on the dogs. I'll revise this after the two weeks the manual said to give the device, but I'm not hopefull.

I have a 4 yr old spitz mix who weighs about 75 lbs and has been able to escape from just about anything! Hills and rocks on my 1 1/2 acres make a fence impossible. Besides, it would have to be 10ft tall! Annie is very intelligent and until recently has been a very good natured dog. I think always having to be on a chain or in a pen started to change her demeanor for the worse. We have been using the Malaseb shampoo on our Shar-peis for a year now. It has been the only product that we have found that has helped to cure their ongoing skin problems. Our one dog had lost nearly half of her fur and was constantly biting/scratching herself. We had ruled out fleas as an irritant and by recomendation from the vet had tried Malaseb. We bathed her twice a week, according to the directions, until improvement showed. then bathed her once a week. She eventually regained all of her fur and more. The product has also helped to reduce that "dog" smell.

I loved taking my two Bichon Frises on surveillaces because they kept me awake and entertained. But, they didn't like to use the potty pads I'd tried, & when they did, those leaked. Price was fair. Delivery was very quick. The replacement cover is strong, but the dog's nails will probably wear it out in about a year or so as happened with the original cover. This is affordable. I am unaware of a more durable cover to fit the frame.
