As an owner of 3 Goldens we often find hairballs floating about the house. Both my wife and I work at the University so we regularly show up to work with dog hair stuck on our clothes and having our students point it out to us. We've used many grooming tools that have failed to remove the dead fur from our pets until we purchased the Furminator. I was quite amazed that the first time we used it we got almost a full garbage bag of fur from our three dogs that I know would have ended up turning into tumble weed in our home or being stuck onto our clothing. This product is worthless. I tried it and my dog accepted the noise and so on. But it does NOT work, it does not have enough power. with very light pressure it would take off just a little of the nail, but to do the whole ONE nail properly would by my estimate take at least 10 minutes and NO dog would hold still that long. As soon as one puts on a little more pressure to take off nail matter a little quicker, the thing would bog down and even stop. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT for that reason. I even put in two new fresh batteries and then tried two more new fresh ones just in case. the machine is just too weak. I just received this brush the other day and I gotta say: I love it! It worked fabulously. I let the weight of the brush do all the work, just run the brush through the coat. I got enough fur to make a cat toy. At least that's what my cat thought it was! Both of my cats loved the brushing, purred and everything. Immensely happy with this purchase.

None of the other products removed the red tear stains until I got Angel Eyes. My little Joey now has a totally white face and he loves the taste. Try it!

We have two small dogs & I often tend to buy cheapo sandwich bags as poop bags (they're cheap & several fit easily into my pockets.) But I do have a Bags On Board dispenser on each leash because there are times when I may forget to take enough bags (with my two dogs, I tend to have to pick up poo three times per walk...go figure...) or say, when I take them to the vet and I don't even think to take bags. As many others have said, this pack is cheaper than buying at the local pet stores (especially since I'm an Amazon Prime member & don't have to pay shipping.)

My vet said he wouldn't recommend using a product that has an antibiotic as an ingredient. This one does so I won't be using it.

The tool does exactly as it says. But you must work with your dog alot to get them use to the noise and feel of the grinder. I massaged my dog's feet everyday for a week before the oster arrrived. This helped for my dog to get use to my touch and the practice that I wasn't going to hurt him. Then once the oster arrived I massaged his feet with the oster OFF. Then for the following week I massaged his feet with the oster turned on at different levels, but I didn't groom his nails. Then finally about 2 weeks ago I was able to grind his nails with ease. Again, this is a great tool for grinding nails, however you have to work with your dog and have a great deal of patience.
