I've had my LRII for almost a year and I have no regrets. Don't waste another hour of your life sifting and scooping or struggling with those other automatic litter boxes. I won't repeat what has been said in all the other wonderful reviews of this machine, but I will pass on a couple additional tips. 1) 8 gallon "Ruffies" scented trash bags fit the LRII perfectly, are cheap, are strong enough to handle a "full load" while giving you enough extra bag length to get a clean "tie-off". 2) Use a good quality clay clumping litter. I've used a lot of different types of potty pad and these are by far the worst. I shouldn't be suprised as they were so cheap. They claim to be leak proof--NOT TRUE! I might as well let my puppy just wet on the floor. They do not distribute evenly and make a huge mess. DO NOT BUY THESE!!!

I can't believe I never heard of this product until recently. It works fantastic. I put a liner in my catbox, place the wonderbox inside, and then the litter in the wonderbox. After a couple of weeks of use I take out the box and the liner and throw the entire thing away and the catbox is pristine. My biggest gripe about catboxes had been that no matter what they got dirty and nasty and were a pain to clean. By using a liner and then the wonderbox the catbox doesn't get dirty ever. A liner alone just rips to shreds when the cat scratches the litter so that never worked for me. The wonderbox has changed my catbox experience. I'll never go back.

I was nervous about buying this automatic litter box because of of all the negative reviews. Mine works wonderfully. My only problem was that it would run continuously until I reduced the amount of litter and used the good clumping litter. You have to read the directions! And then its great, and my cats love watching it run. Now I have two.

I have 5 indoor cats and after getting this litter box, i can finally remove one or two of the more standard boxes. it works pretty good too, a little noisy at times. But not any worse than a fan, and no smell.. that's a good selling point too, no smell. It works so good I am going to get a second one...

I have 5 cats with a 6th coming in soon and I have a "litter room" with multiple boxes. I replaced a smaller box with this one and my cats took to it immediately - it is easily the one used the most. The box is very big and deep and seems relatively easy to scoop because the pee does not stick to the bottom as much. I am going to buy another one from Amazon who has a great price. For "serious" cat people this is highly recommended.

The deal with these kinds of bags, with a small amount of cornstarch added, is apparently that the small amount of biodegradable material causes the bag to fall apart in time. But only in the right conditions, which don't necessarily exist in the landfill. They would fall apart into tiny particles of polypropylene, and they may leave behind a toxic residue if they do fall apart, from the additives in the bags. The high density polypropylene that's 95% of the bag is what plastic bags are usually made of. It's probably better to use Biobags or Flushadoo. These bags might be more durable because than those alternatives because of the synthetic ingredients.

I was looking for citric acid to make bath fizzy bombs. This was a good price for the amount you get. You can buy it in bulk elsewhere for a cheaper price, but this was all I needed at the time. The company shipped it super fast!

I had previously used Simple Solutions on "mistakes" made by my new dog. It works great! THIS IS NOT THE SAME thing and I would not use it on carpet or flooring. It has hydrogen peroxide in it. It works wonderfully to clean the shower and to use in the laundry and there may be many more uses I have not tried. I got the "buy 4/get one free" deal which made each one only $4.50 (free shipping) and at the pet store it is $12.99 AND you have to pay tax. I am going to get the original Simple Solutions to keep on hand in case "Pico" makes another "mistake".
