These are the only pee pads that don't leak, and I've tried 4 or 5 other kinds. I have a 5 pound Yorkie who is only trained to the pad - we adopted her that way and it works out nicely so we don't have to plan our activities around someone dashing home to let the dog out to go potty. There are other kinds by this company but they leak; so do all the other brands we've tried. The key here is to make sure the package says "Ultra Thin" and they are as thin as paper but hold more than a day's worth of pee (who knew a little dog could have so much pee!!!). This product is a godsend!!!! It fits perfectly at the waist for our little Yorkiepoo, but it also has enough room for her to poop! The other diapers from another company had only enough room for her tail so if she had to poop she ended up sitting in it until I could change her. This product fits a normal size maxi-pad to keep her dry and hold the urine but allows her to poop. LOVE IT!!!

This is a specialized product for older cats & their urinary tract health. I had bought a bag to try out on my two 6 year old cats as it was a good buy and wanted to see if it was something they would like. I did not follow any special instructions on introducing this into their boxes, I just filled up one of their sand boxes. After a week of no use, I bagged it back up and gave it away. Maybe I could have used it to add to the other litter I had, but didn't want to take the chance of the cats not wanting to use it again. If you do have an older cat with urinary health on the agenda, I would try a bag. This is nothing like any clay type material, it is lightweight fluff. My cats are use to the more clay like Dr. Elsey cat litters.

These liners fit my kitty's Booda Dome perfectly, with about a half-inch visible @ the lip when the lid is placed on. When ordering, keep in mind that these are specifically for the regular Booda Dome, not the one with the steps.

Like some others posting here, I bought this in preparation for leaving my cat while we're away on vacation. Someone will be coming over every couple days to check up on her, but she really likes a clean litter box--more than 1 day of not cleaning and she protests. So my hope was that this product would help keep the litter box clean between times when someone comes to check in on her, and also make the cat sitter's job a little easier. This litter is the best I've used. I hated clay--it stunk unless you scooped it right away and there were the awful dust clouds (who knows what that does to lungs?) We liked Nature's Earth Feline Pine - The Healthy Cat Litter (40-lb bag) because it absorbed odor extremely well; I didn't mind that it didn't clump because you couldn't smell the absorbed urine. We didn't even have to scoop daily for our little cat. Even after a week of not scooping, a visitor said he couldn't smell it! The main trick with Feline Pine was that you needed a special scoop that picked out the solid waste but let the pine pellets through. We actually filed down the bars on a wide slot scoop to make it work better. And of course, you needed patience to train your cat, but following package directions took care of that. ... Read More

I think the Litter Locker is a lot more convenient than scooping into a bag and taking it to the outside garbage can with every scoop. The refill cartridges are a little pricey, but overall it has been worth it. Unfortunately sometimes the Litter Locker jams and then the bag can tear. Even if it doesn't tear, you have to take it partly apart to work it past the jam, and by then the convenience goes down a lot. It doesn't happen all the time, but if it happens once during a particular cartridge, it usually happens multiple times. Amazon used to have good prices on the refills, but lately the price has gone up a lot. It is now much cheaper to get it at other online retailers, even taking shipping into account.

My dog has gotten older and can't 'hold it' all night, so I have started having to put down pads for her. These are great because they have the tape on the back to keep them in place.
