I read rave reviews of this and tried it at the recommendation of a friend who (like me) has multiple cats. I have a sprayer and a neuro who can't use the litterbox, a tiled home (no carpet) and very little furniture. I found that this product is basically an oily carrier for a heavy perfume. Yes, if you saturate the "accident" area with this stuff, the original smell will go away, because the perfume will cover it up. But the solution will leave an indelible oily stain on EVERYTHING, including clay and ceramic tile, painted walls, various plastics, and galvanized steel. Thank goodness I didn't try it on fabric. Even after scrubbing with Dawn detergent (to remove the oil) and bleach (to get out the smell) I still have spots (including outdoors, exposed to wind and desert sun) that reek ... Read More

We have the LitterMaid automatic litter box and the spray really helps keep the litter from sticking to the rake and the bottom. Our cat uses one corner of the litter box and the clumping litter was always sticking to the rake....not since we started using this. Our neighbors, who also have the same litterbox, have borrowed our spray, love how it works and have now bought their own bottle. Have to re-apply the spray every 4-6 weeks.

This was a great product for a great price. We bought this to cover the floor in an enclosed area in which we kept our dog. The dog was over 17 years old and developed canine dementia disorder, which is like Alzheimer's disease. So, the dog would forget she had to go outside to go to the bathroom. These pads did a great job and we were very happy. The dog, Dolly, a Yorkshire Terrier, died peacefully at the age of nearly 17 1/2 years. Sadly, exactly three hours to the minute later, my wife had a sudden heart attack and died.

I use 1 mL per gallon of water unactivated (as labelled) in my plastic chicken waterer and there is no algae or slime at all even after months of use. I just hose the thing out each time I fill it every 4-6 days and add a little more oxine. I also use it in a ultrasonic humidifier 6.5 oz/gallon unactivated (also as labelled) for 30 minutes or so in my coop once in a while both for sanitary purposes (knocks odor right down) and when I think the chickens might have a bug of some kind (daily or every other day for up to a week seems to take care of it). This produces a thick fog that the chickens don't seem to mind and then you have clean chickens, inside and out. After purchasing the booda dome, I realized that using the filters make this litter pan/box a total success! Very little litter makes it outside the box due to the interior ramp, and after trying the pan out without this charcoal filter and then with, does indeed make a difference in odor control.

I'm sorry to say I didn't like it because I keep finding cat pee underneath the litter pan which means I have to keep washing the inside of the cat washroom. I'm not sure if it was my cat but I went back to the Boodadome because it's easy and contains the cat waste. If anyone's interested in buying my cat washroom, email me at effdee2 with the at symbol then yahoo followed by dot com. I can send photos of it then disassemble and ship it. Otherwise if there's no interest, it's going to the local Goodwill.

My dog is a love but she IS a dog and she wet our new carpet at least twice. I tried multiple cleaners and nothing would remove the smell. One application of Wee Cleaner removed that pesky, lingering odor. Plain and simple, it works!
