The Bionaire Litter Box is a good start at a good idea. I have owed cats for a long time, and currently have 6. I learned long ago that clumping clay litter claiming to be "dust free" or "99% dust free" is pretty far from the truth. In fact I have often wondered if they are not really "99% dusty". I the past I have kept an air purifier next to our main litter boxes in hopes to cut down on the dust. They helped some but never were perfect. I'm happy with the cat box. It's big enough for my very large cat and the two kittens play on it and it never gives. I would buy another box from this company, they know how to build a strong cat box.

I've found that this litter box is a slight improvement over the standard litter boxes of average depth when it comes to keeping the litter in the box. That is to say I still have spillage, but not as much as I normally have (I have four cats). The snap on lid does help a little, and its real benefit is that because it's removable it's easier to clean the box when you wash it. But it's not as deep as I would like it to be, and I think that is what causes the cat litter to still spill out onto the floor. If it was deeper I would give this product four stars. The scooper that comes with it is quite small, and the spaces are a bit big. You might wish to use a different scooper with this box, depending upon what type of litter you use (I use clay).

The kitty litters have lasted for more than a month each with little wear showing thus far. I have two in the house and one in the office. They are the right size for a kitten and I would buy them again.

We got this because our cats kept aiming too high on their other box, and they all seem to like this one. (As an added bonus the box this comes in makes an excellent cat toy.) We didn't use the door that comes with it as I think that would freak one of our cats out; it seemed to stick a little so it might've been hard for them to move. Overall the construction is very sturdy. There's not a whole lot more to say - it's a litter box, it's good!

This litter box is the only one that will fit the giant male Maine Coon cat (the largest cat breed around), which can be as big as 20-30 pounds. He'll still stick out his head, but at least his body will fit.

I brought two of these to go in my ferret's cage. One to go on bottom and one on top. I was shocked at how big they really were! I knew they would be big but not THAT big. Which the size was really nice because my ferret is on the large size. The only problem that had with the litter pan was the locking system that locks to the cage. As soon as i attached both litter pans to the cage they broke. My ferret doesn't try to move his litterbox so the locking system not being there wasn't really a problem. But for anyone with ferret(s) who like to move their litterbox around i would still highly recommend this litter pan. All you would have to do is drill two holes at the top of the litter pan and use zip ties to attach it to the cage. The back is really high and the front is low enough to have plenty of litter ... I unrolled this litter mat with all intentions to place it in the basement under the litter box. It never made it that far! It matched perfectly with my kitchen!! I remove the rug under the kitchen sink(which I slip on daily) and put this mat there instead. Works great and all of the junk I spill around the sink just wipes up...I love it there so I assume it would work great as it was origionally intended.
