This product works very well in stopping tear staining on white dogs if frequency of use described on bottle is followed. If prescribed frequency is not followed, best results will not be achieved.

This stuff DOES NOT WORK! It worked okay for the first few years I used it but last year didn't work so well and this year didn't work at ALL. I had to switch to Advantage, which is far superior and if I remember correctly was a few dollars less. If I could have rated it no stars I would have.

I can't review this product. I never received it. The wrong batteries were sent with the collar and were returned with the collar.

I've had great success with the item. Yes, I agree that you have to get the instructions out each time you reprogram it. But since I only have to do that when I changed the batteries (which last for months) and when I was originally setting it up, it really isn't a problem. You do need to limit it to dry food; I can't see how it would work with moist food at all without gumming up the works. The minimum is 1/4 cup. If these don't meet your situation, I'd suggest one of those units where you manually measure out each of the meals for 4 - 8 days.

I have three cats, and I hate the constant scooping. I thought this would be a great option. However, one of my cats refused to use it. She peed on my bed, the laundry, anything but the Breeze system. After doing everything possible, I finally got out the old litter boxes. Although I still have the Breeze set up, three out of three cats still prefer the old litter to the Breeze. The problem with the Breeze is that it works against their instincts. They can't bury the poop with those meager pellets. Also, the pellets don't mask the scent, so you have to scoop almost immediately after they poo or risk a stinky house. Good idea in theory. Unfortunately, it didn't work out for me.

I have three cats, mama cat and her two boys. All of a sudden, after three years, the mama cat decided to act mean to one of her boys. Growling, hissing and once in a while attacking. (Fortunately no blood, just lots of hair all over!) The vet recommended this product and despite some skepticism, I'm impressed! The "incidents", while not gone completely, have lessened considerably both in intensity and frequency. And.....it's much more affordable here than at the local PetSmart! I'll be buying more.
