Excellent product. The only thing that has controlled our cat's occasional penchant for urinating on our bed. When our initial diffuser refill was gone, we tried not using the Feliway for a while, but our boy soon convinced us to order another refill. We might still try not using it at times, but will always keep a spare on hand.

I'd read numerous successful reviews/reports of this stopping the dog from eating feces, but it just doesn't work on every dog. My dog was just so food aggressive and hungry that nothing stopped him. It should make that clear on the product info.

I got a 5 month old Cane Corso puppy from a breeder. She was terrified when I took her home. The first week she spent her time under my kitchen table shaking. With in hours of plugging the diffuser in on the 7th day she started to calm down and stop shaking. 1 day later she started coming to me instead of hiding in a ball. She is a different puppy already.

The first pump I received was noisy, but when I called the store, they replaced it and paid shipping for the return. The replacement pump is as quiet as the original, which is to say you can't hear it. The pump seems to pump quite a bit more water than the original. I am very satisfied with the replacement pump.

I recommend this product for two reasons. 1. Less waste: My cat really doesn't like the gel version of this supplement. I mix his lysine into his wet cat food, and if it's the gel stuff half the time he won't eat it, wasting the meds. But he doesn't seem to mind or notice the powdered version in his food. Plus, there's less packaging to throw away. So less product and packaging waste. Nifty! 2. Easier to keep track of what's left: Using the gel pump is convenient and far cheaper than using the syringes (not to mention far less packaging), but I could never tell how much was left so I never knew when to re-order. Glyco-flex III worked wonders on the two dogs we have used it with over the years. Our Border Collie (working dog, now retired) has arthritis as does our Great Pyranees (livestock guardian dog, now mostly retired by her own choice!).
