I have owned this product for 2 years and use it every week on 5 large breed dogs. I have never had a problem with the performance of this product and grinding your dogs nails is so much better than cutting them with nail clippers. You can get the nails much shorter, smooth off rough edges and sharp points and once your dog becomes acclimated to the sound and vibration of the grinder they won't dread nail trimming anymore because it is painless with a nail grinder (my male GSD sleeps while I grind his nails). Overall, this product works great. Its main function is a nail clipper, and for that it is a good quality nail clipper that makes a clean cut. The light functionality, while still very helpful, does not work quite as well as I would have hoped. It gets bumped by your dog, so you always have to reposition it. Also, the mechanism for turning it on and off is very poorly thought out. I had to take the spring out in order to make it turn off. So I was a bit disappointed with the light, but this is still an awesome product which I am very happy with and think the price is just right. The light is very nice to have, just not as perfect as I had made it out in my head.

November 14. 2008 I bought this product from Petco because having saved many animals from our local shelter over the last twenty years, my wife and I thought that this was a modern way of clipping nails on cats although I had never had the quick severing problem. I found that the item continuously freezes on red or do not proceed. We had to change the position of the unit, almost twisting it to obtain a green light but in the end never actually had any success. The two steps I took were to inform Petco and purchase a manual cutter as I have always had. Tonight I took on Mia Mia, my prized tabby and before you know it all was well and trimmed. jayadlermusiccritic

I bought this after my dog came home from a kennel that used this line of products. She's a basset, so she can go stinky pretty quickly. But she was so shiny and smelled fresh for several weeks after this shampoo. I have no basis to evaluate the natural flea-repellent claim, but I love the lavender scent of this shampoo and I especially love that it keeps her glossy and sweet-smelling, so I will continue to buy this. It's a little more costly than I would otherwise spend (I certainly don't buy myself expensive shampoo), but I have to say that it's been worth it.

The Marshall Bi-odor I recently purchased from Petsolutions works wonderfully! My housebunny's urine barely has any odor now. Petsolutions was very prompt in their shipment. I would recommend buying more than one product at a time from them however, because the shipping charge is the same for orders up to $35, and $9 was a lot for one bottle of Bi-odor. Overall though, I was very satisfied.
