This little treat jar is very nice to look at and keeps your treats neatly stored in one place. I do recommend use only for hard treats, however, as our soft or semi-soft treats became hard after only a few days as the jar is not sealed all the way. Also, the bone-shaped handle came off after a few days but superglue fixes this issue in no time. All in all, a cute practical jar for dog treats

Jar is quite small and it came damaged but it was such a small chip that i didnt want the hassle of sending it back. It works good for medium sized milkbone treats.

One of my dogs plays with anything she can get hold of, including food and water dishes. I would be constantly looking for her dish all over the yard before I could feed her. And I needed to do something before hot weather so she wouldn't keep emptying her water dish to play with it. She can't get hold of these dishes and they stay right where I put them.

This bowl will last forever. It's big enough to feed our huge 106 pound Maremma sheep dog while it guards our Alpacas. Nice that slimy critters will have a hard time crawling into it.

I purchased this because my other water dish was a planter that was a complete pain to fill and clean. But, it held the quantity of water I needed for my dogs who stay outside during the day. The Le Bistro is my dream come true. I fill this jug up once a week and the dish is very easy to clean. Also, my small dog can drink out of the bowl without a problem, which was more difficult with my dopey planter. I am buying two more Le Bistros for other areas of my house. It does bubble while the dogs drink, but my two dogs overcame their hesitation pretty quickly, and one of them is extremely skittish. The timer works properly and accurately as long as no one messes with it. However, my cat eventually figured out the mechanics of this thing, and would use one paw to hold the machine down, and the other paw to turn the dial until it would open. If your goal is control your cat's voracious appetite, or to make sure she has equally spaced feedings while you are away for a day, this will not work once your cat gets wise. I am now searching for a more tamper proof feeder. To the other reviewers who say that the timer actually went backwards in time: you may want to spy on your pet to make sure they aren't manipulating it (I had to sneak around the corner and flick on the light to catch mine).
