This mesh cover provided a great solution to preventing my bouncing poovanese who has great legs was able to simply jump over the top of exercise pen. I adjusted the pen to fit the dimensions of the mesh cover, attached it, and now I'm comforted knowing he will be inside the pen when I get home. It also provides great support for draping a cover over the entire top. That gives him a secure feeling and he's calmed down quite a lot since I did that. When I'm home, I simply remove the cover (I used a vinyl tablecloth), unclip the cover, fold it in two, and place it aside.

I am a rat terrier breeder and so i know crates, cages and carriers. My daughter and I also show our dogs in conformation, so i know the struggles of moving into and out of hotels, and setting up and breaking down at the shows. EASY is a good thing! ROOM and COMFORT are good things. RUGGEDNESS and a PRETTY PACKAGE are also good things. This line of crates has it all. There is always a down side. If anything, the strength of the materials used to create this crate means you have to really PULL & PUSH to set it up securely and then reverse your steps to take it down. This kennel crate is durable and easy to put together. I don't particularly like the gate. If you have placed the crate up high you can't open the gate due to the latch being on top. It's great on the floor where you can reach the top knob to pull up and unlatch the gate. Also for being a large size kennel, the bottom half of the kennel sides slant in so it takes space away from the floor where the dog lays down. I wish I would have ordered a larger crate.

I've bought two of the 36" size and one 42". Save your money on the rest. The Precision chrome is the tops.
