This leash, along with the flashing reflective collar, was the best safety advantage my little dog could get. She was dark and short so she blended right into the street. Now she is visible from about 5 blocks away. The strip on the leash is also reflective without the light being turned on so lit-up areas such as the park don't require constant use of the batteries. I am very happy with my purchase and consider this a "must" for those who walk their pets at night. The reflective strip could have been shifted a little farther up the leash though. The strip makes the leash heavier (not much) and the strip tends to want to drag toward the ground. I usually pull up on the leash to take up the extra space.

Just the right length--not too short, not too long. Plus the fleece handle is a bonus in cold weather--warm as well as comfy. Looks terrific with the matching collar. And, of course, being hemp, it's ecologically good for our planet.

I purchased the Illusion Collar and Leash for my Jack Russell that lunges instead of walks. It really helped and made walking her much easier. The only thing is one buckle broke right away. I fixed it with Velcro so it is working now and we never walk without it. The sender was excellent and I received this item quickly after ordering it.

Protect your pet just like you would a child in a car. I agree with V.Berggren's review that this is a great product, does what it advertises and is easy to install if you read the instructions (they ARE on the box). There are extra straps but they are designed for different seats (bucket vs. back seat) and they've made my small dogs calmer since they are safely strapped in but can still see out. Just don't leave your dog in the car in hot weather! Why not protect your pet from being hurled into the front seat or worse in an accident? We bought two! (Pay attention to the sizes and weight limits.)

Not the item I ordered. Substitute is acceptable but I would not have ordered this if I had known I was going to get the substitute. Not worth the hassle to try to return it and get my money back.

I just received this harness in the mail and it is soft. I'm a little disappointed that the small is so wide...it could have definitely been thinner. My min pin seems to like it, so I don't plan on returning it. I do agree with another reviewer that mentioned it's shaped like a traffic cone. The small harness just fits around my min pin's neck. The neck piece is as loose as it goes and it fits snug, while the chest piece is huge in comparision. It doubt that I would order this again. I would probably purchase a cheaper one that is thinner (width wise). Also, the actual bucket part is plastic and the pieces that you tighten it with are metal (if any one is wondering about that).
