This product is great for about 1-2 years. Over time, the motor will get bits and pieces of your pets' fur and food, which causes the motor to break down, even with regular cleaning. I found no way to purchase a replacement motor, so I was really bummed (as were my cats!). I ended up purchasing a new fountain, but upgraded to the Drinkwell Platinum Pet Fountain. I highly recommend that fountain because it has a small guard that blocks food, fur, and other particles from getting into the motor and its' reservoir.

This is a really nice product. Easy to move, secure and I do not have to worry about saftey issues with the product. Sturdy yet "lightweight" considering the job it needs to do. would even consider expaning this. Deidra

The coolaro bed is just great for outdoors and also for camping. My dog just loves it. It always looks so nice.

An excellent product that keeps my dogs flea free and doesn't allow ticks to survive on them. Not the lowest price, but the most convenient place to buy.

This new model is easy to operate and works well. We do not care any more coming late home as we know our cat already got his meal. We just wish PetMate will sell an extra part so we be able to feed our cat more than 1/4 of cup and less than 1/2 cup.

These are an essential and necessary addition to purchasing the Drinkwell Platinum Pet Fountain. Although the brushes could have been made a bit better, they are sufficient enough to get the job done of cleaning your cat's pet fountain. I would recommend cleaning your cat's pet fountain at least once per week depending on the type of water in your area and number of cats you have. I have also found that by placing the pet fountain in an area that is relatively free of dust and debris that it keeps the water cleaner for much longer. Don't put the fountain next to an outside door or window that is opened frequently.
