This should be a rave review. We have 8 cats and we have had several big cat trees for them with no problem. When we received this one my husband started to put it together and the hardware was all wrong. We called the company and gave them the information , product number, etc. and they sent out another packet of hardware. This also was the wrong one. We called again and they went through their plant to no avail. We are in the process of returning the thing, no easy task. If this company could get their act together, this would be a great cat tree. Good luck!
