I have a chow chow who is prone to skin allergies and matting. She has had hot spots and chewed away hair so much we started taking her to the groomers to be shaved down. I had tried other clippers and they couldn't get through the thick under coat. These clippers had my whole chow chow cut in an hour and a half with her full coat (with several resting breaks for my baby). They get a bit warm but nothing near what those cheaper clippers get to and they cool off extremely quickly. I will probably get a longer guard later but the one that came with it doesn't go all the way to the skin, which i prefer. I'm sure if i can cut a chow chow with them, they'll tackle any job. A+++! Worth every penny!

This tree is great! Sturdy, easy to assemble, and a perfect size. My kitten loves it and it gives her a good thing to scratch and scale in my studio apartment. She scratches on the sisal posts all the time and sleeps and plays in the tree for hours a day. The only con is the puff balls... they are made of little bits of yarn tied together and my kitten was pulling out each bit of yarn and trying to eat it, so there is a potential choking/string consuming hazard if your cat chews on everything like my kitten does. I replaced them with cheap fur balls on elastic from Petco and that worked great. The loop to tie the toys on isn't the most durable as my kitten destroyed it within a month. my pug gets chronic ear infections...i have to take him to the vet quite often to get antibiotic cream...so i decided to go on a mad search for something else...so i have tried many many different types of ear cleaners...and could not find anything that worked, they said it would but they didn't!! so to say the least i wasn't sure if this would work either...but it DOES..this stuff kicks butt...the liquid is somewhat thick so buy an extra bottle..follow the directions and you will save vet bills and your dog will not have sore itchy ears!!!..his ears haven't looked this healthy in years...YES!!!WOO HOO!!!
