Like the last poster I also thought I was getting a padded harness like the photo indicates. What I got instead was nothing but a few webbing straps with no pleating or padding. I feel like I've been ripped off with this product and won't be using it on my dog anytime soon!!! Isn't this false advertising?? !!!!!

If you have a dog that just has to have the window open but you don't want him hanging out maybe catching a flying stone in the eye this is a super product. My dog thinks it's great he gets to have the window open all the time now, and I feel good that he's not going to loose an eye or get struck by flying debris.

If you have a dog that just has to have the window open but you don't want him hanging out maybe catching a flying stone in the eye this is a super product. My dog thinks it's great he gets to have the window open all the time now, and I feel good that he's not going to loose an eye or get struck by flying debris.

Unbelievable! This was my first experience in trying to make a purchase through Safe Home Products. I placed an order for the SNOOZER Lookout 1 (NO Drawer) product (ASIN: B000ANL8PI) which was advertised at the sale price of $37.60 on 11/25/08. Shipping was $19.50, so the total cost would have been $57.10. Today I received an email from them, claiming that they CANCELLED my order because the $37.60 price was actually for a COVER for the unit. If that's the case, then why did the retail price show as $79.95 with a 53% discount (thus the $37.60 price)???
