I have 2 dogs, both are JRTs. I ordered tags for both of the dogs. On the first order, I misspelled "Minnie," the dog's name. They gladly sent me a new tag for almost less than the cost of shipping. On the 2nd order, I provided an "old" telephone number, and not my current one. Again, they sent me a new tag with the proper phone number. How can one complain about people or a business who are so customer-oriented? My gosh, in today's world of a "Global Economy" maybe the Army is the only place left where they care about what happens to the individual consumer. Amazon was wise to align themselves with the marketer of these puppy tags.

I was really surprised at the brightness of this light. Now it's not like a spotlight or anything, but I expected it to be pretty dim with the led lights. There are 6 lights on it, and they create a pretty good light. The light extends past the 25 feet of Haley's retractable leash. I did aim it a little too low, so I have to angle the handle up into the air when the leash gets extended all the way. The light is a little bulky and may get in the way for some people, but I haven't had a problem yet. It velcros on, so you can remove it when needed. I leave it on so that the velcro doesn't pick up fuzz, dirt, lint, etc., causing it to lose its effectiveness at sticking. I don't need the light very often, but it does come in handy for those times when it is needed.

My dog likes to shake himself from side to side. His ears flap and his tags make a racket. Put Quiet Spot on -- it was easy to put on, didn't bother him at all, isn't heavy -- and we simply don't hear the tags. In fact, it's rather startling because he can sneak up on us. Now if we could figure out what to do about his ears . . .

I purchased this when my older dog suddenly had problems getting up. It was alot easier on her than the towel I was using, as she is a big dog. Getting her to wear it so I can just use it is another issue, but every dog is different.
