I love the price and the performance of this product. I am lazy and usually pay Wal Mart a huge price for the three pack but get the convenience of assembled cartridges that I don't have to fool around with the plastic insert frame. With the low price and free shipping I can easily forgo the slight time of reusing the plastic frame. I only gave it four stars because the marquee advertised 12 but the box says 8 ?

Absolutely adorable but you have to be well aware of the weight of this item. Make sure it is securely mounted on the wall with that water and I do not recommend stones in it because of added weight, BEFORE you put the fish in it. Heavy to lift and mount and a tight squeeze to clean out the aquarium. Should be mounted on an inside wall not on a wall that faces the outside because of temperature changes. Fish is safe in this bubble and enjoyable to see. Good only for one fish to be comfortable. I am considering buying another one for my office.

We bought this for our 4 year old. She loved it. Its small and light enough she could help take care of it. It worked wonderful for about an hour then it started leaking from the plastic bottom. I resealed it and it has worked great since. It has a small lense so she can view the fish and its filter is great at keeping it clean. All in all a great kids fish tank.

I bought this item less than 6 months ago, and have gone through two motors for the filter. Every time I try to contact the company, they do not respond back. I am giving it to the trash gods!! DO NOT BUY this item if you dont want to have to replace the motor every 3 months. I am very disappointed in this tank. We have had ours 2 Fish in Space aquariums for 2 months now and love them. Each has a Betta fish. My kids want to get one as a birthday gift for one of their friends. It's a great way to introduce kids to responsibility for pets. I've only had to clean the tanks out once so far. I bought a separate baster to periodically take out a little water and replace it with fresh water to keep the tank oxygenated. This keeps me from having to totally clean out the tanks. My kids love the aquariums and the fish.

I purchased two of the PH-200s recently for use in a bio fuel project. The construction is very good. They seem very durable and well constructed. My meters have not been field tested yet but the preliminary calibration and test use have been positive. The fit of the parts is very good and the quality seems very good overall. None of the features appeared to be weak, the display is clear and the buttons are crisply responsive. I like the change in modes from C to F and the hold feature. The calibration was slightly off with distilled water ( 6.8 or so ). These meters will surely see use in extreme environments in the coming months. I had my betta fish in this tank for 10 months on my desk at work. He seemed perfectly happy, no fin ripping, and he liked to hide in the file cabinet. Only recently he started to get cold (it's turning winter time here, and this office/warehouse doesn't have good heat) and I would do a warmer water change just to get him normally colored again! (yikes) As a good betta mommy, this whole situation made me quite flustered, and I set about a search for an aquarium heater that wouldn't be too much for a tank this small. On my search I found 2.5 gallon would handle the smallest heater just fine. Also the more I read about betta's, I learned how they're happier in a 2.5 gallon tank, and with silk or real plants...
